    Reasonably priced. Clean, quiet, convenient and staff polite and courteous. Could tell was recently nicely renovated. However, the entry door was still old and hardware worn. Hope they install net hallway carpeting on a regular basis. This seems to be an unpleasant feature that runs consistently throughout most Best Western hotels. But other than that this hotel was worth the stay.

    I had doubts if the site was genuine because it didn’t ask for payment in advance for the LAX hotel dayroom,but everything worked out ok. I contacted their support team to check on my booking and the service team were excellent, they responded within a few hours and put my mind at rest. The hotel I booked was fine as a dayroom and was available when I arrived.

    Booking the hotel was extremely simple and fast. However, when I got to my hotel it seemed like my reservation wasn’t legitimate in their system as she was asking me for a lot more information than usual for a hotel. The hotel was beautiful and a great price for the day. Even with the (seeming) hiccup in the beginning, I would try this site again!

    Booking was easy, as was checking in to the hotel. Nice clean room. The problem arose when I checked out and they wouldn’t honor the price I had booked through DayBreakHotels.com. The woman at checkout said that they had their own price for day stays and I had to pay that. Then she acted like she didn’t understand what I was talking about when I showed her my confirmation with price from DayBreakHotels.com. Felt like bait and switch. As a TA, I have to advocate for my clients and if this is how they operate, they are not a company that I could trust to send clients to.

    I had gone to the hotel after I booked it online one day prior. In the app , it was shown that the booking is confirmed. But then when I reached the hotel at 9am , the hotel staff informed me that there was no reservation on my name. I had an important zoom meeting and I use this hourly hotels whenever I have work from home. I was denied the room and the hotel staff also told me that there no rooms available. I had a zoom meeting 10 am sharp and I had nowhere to go because I was far away from where I stay. I have done this hourly hotels thing a lot of times but this was the most awful experience I faced till now.

    I got a email to say my booking was confirmed, showed up to the hotel for it not to be even in there system to be made feel so little by the lady serving . Having minimal sleep I just needed somewhere for a couple of hours to get some rest. This website was easy to use but the communication between you and the hotel just wasn’t great . Being extremely fatigued I was so disappointed

    I was worried that as I did not have to pay in advance, there would be a problem. Also the rate I got from daybreakhotels was a third cheaper for the same hotel than I got from a competitor site. So, I called the hotel direct on 2 separate occasions to check they had my booking and also to confirm the rate and they had it all. Also the booking at the hotel was fine. Perfect for our needs and really good value. Will definitely use again.

    I booked at about 6am for a 10am arrival. After reading reviews, I was worried I'd arrive and they wouldn't have my reservation. We called ahead and said there wouldn't be a problem. When we arrived they had to search but found it. Luckily, there was availability. If you book same day, ensure the hotel has availability. I am not sure how the experience is if you book in advance. Was super useful in just being able to find a hotel that would offer a day room option. This hotel was resort style also, so that was nice. All in all, it worked out and I would use the website again.

    THE WORST!! This company is located in Rome and has not had a contract with Quality Inns for over 3 years yet still takes reservations which will be denied by the hotel when you show up to check in. At the very least, if you book through Daybreak, call the hotel directly to double check on your reservation.

    Years ago, it was easy to visit Daybreakhotels and find a good deal with hotels. Now, it seems hotels do not even know about the site and there are also postings that make rooms more available than reality. Please verify with hotels (probably call) to make sure the bookings can still be made.

    After making the reservation on Daybreak the hotel told me I needed to wait 5-30 minutes for the reservation to be received for my check-in. After patiently waiting 20 minutes I asked if they could inquire with their reservations department and apparently Daybreak hadn't yet sent the reservation to the hotel even though it had been created. In the meantime other hotel guests who booked online through Expedia were able to check-in within 5 minutes. This seemed entirely ridiculous.

    My booking wasn't recognised by the hotel and only after saying I would wait for a manager as it was unprofessional was I given my room. It was currently getting cleaned. Check in took 35mins as it wasn't clean ready for use. Room was freezing and I had no way to turn it down- there was a remote but nothing to click it to. The mini bar wasn't stocked with chips (I went down and told door man so I wasn't charged) Room was clean 👌 just way too cold to enjoy

    Overall I was so glad I found a hotel that catered to this service, only needed it for a few hours to catch up on some sleep and freshen up before an event that night, had everything I needed and staff were really helpful when I arrived. Cost was reasonable but is there anyway for a pay as you go, I only ended up being there for 3 1/2 hours yet booking was 12pm lunchtime to 10pm? Just a thought but thank you again. I will definitely use your hotel again 😊

    I am beyond angry at daybreak. I booked a day hotel in May 2023, booking was for October 2023. I received an email confirming my booking and it stated I would pay on the day. When I got to the hotel they told me that they had no booking under my name and that they were completely booked out. We were stranded with no where to go. I hate daybreak and will never use them again

    Day Break Hotel fails to mention that 1)They do not check availability in any way, 2)Reservations are absolutely not guaranteed, and 3)If you don't call in advance, you'll find out upon arriving at the hotel that there's no vacancy. In short, there's no actual reservation happening.

    I showed up with my confirmed reservation and was told that there were no rooms available. Clerk stated that they have tried to contact Daybreakhotels to black out some dates and the website was unresponsive. Apparently, i was the third reservation that day that was turned away.

    Had a great stay at Daybreak hotels, the lunch at the bar had a good variety of options. I stayed from 10 AM to 6 PM, a perfect spot for a layover for a flight later that night from MIA. It appears many of the staff did not know about the half day option, but it worked out great. Thanks

    I almost didn’t believe this was a thing. But the moment I got to the Hotel, the process was smooth sailing. The hotel checked me in quickly. The room was perfect for a short stay while we waited for our train that evening. The room was clean and the wifi and TV worked perfectly. Would definitely use daybreak again and will definitely atay at this Hyatt House location again.

    I made a reservation for a hotel near LAX and when I showed up at the hotel they did not honor my reservation, even thought I had directly contacted the hotel after making the reservation at Daybreakhotels.com.
