    When I got to the hotel the lobby stated that they had no reservation made for me from the site. The lady at the desk was nice enough to make me a new reservation to fix the issue though.

    I booked a day room in between flight and the room itself was nice, but at check in I was told the shuttle ran 2x an hour (top and 30) however when I got down there none showed up. I was patient and didn’t want to bug the front desk while they were dealing with other customers after waiting 30 min and never seeing I shuttle I went and asked and was informed there was no shuttle between the hours of 12-4 which is absolutely ridiculous. I feel like it’s wasted money when you have to spend $20 to get back to the airport when you only booked a day room with the expectation that there is a complimentary shuttle. Very annoying experience

    Well your website also needs to be aware of the product you are selling. Don’t advertise a product like day rooms with shuttle that then cannot be met. It’s on your service as well

    Booking a hotel through daybreak was fast and simple. When I arrived to the hotel I just needed to give them my name and confirmation number and the reservation was able to be pulled up. Then I was able to secure my room with a payment. I will definitely be using daybreak again in the near future👍🏽

    I was terribly disappointed, and embarrassed. I made a reservation for a rest period after a cruise due to a late flight. I received a confirmation email on 3/16 for 3/25 10am-5pm and when my husband and I arrived we were immediately told check in wasn't until 3pm and they do not and have not ever done 10am check ins. The clerk told me he never heard of it and even after showing him my confirmation email from DayBreak said he never heard of them. We were forced to uber to airport and wait there for our 7pm flight.

    Firstly hotel staff couldnt find booking. Later they advised that their partnership with DayBreakHotels has ended. If ended then how come the system let booking go through? Had to wait for at least 25 mins to get the room resulting in rescheduling my meeting with client. Not very happy this time around.     I booked the day stay hotel on the app took an Uber from the airport to the hotel and when I got there, they had no idea about the reservation when I showed them the confirmation from my phone and the email. They said they don’t have any rooms they didn’t participate And knew nothing about it.

    Unfortunately, trust and confidence in a company or service was broken and I would hesitate once again use it financially I’m out almost $40 for my back-and-forth Ubers that was unnecessary not trusted a service that fell through. It’s too bad because in the sounds like it would be a great thing to do

    DayBreak Hotels: Great Service, but Lacking Key Information I've had the chance to use both DayBreak Hotels and the DayUse app for booking day hotel rooms, and overall, I find DayBreak Hotels to be the superior choice. The interface is more user-friendly, the selection of hotels is broader, and the overall experience feels more polished. The convenience of being able to book a room for just a few hours during the day is fantastic, especially for travelers who need a place to relax between flights or locals looking for a quick getaway. However, there’s one major drawback that I find frustrating: the app doesn’t provide clear information about the age requirements for booking a room at many of the hotels. Whether a hotel requires guests to be 18+ or 21+ to check in is crucial information, and it's annoying to go through the booking process only to find out later that you might not meet the age criteria. This lack of transparency can lead to unnecessary confusion and wasted time, which is disappointing considering how well the app performs in other areas. If DayBreak Hotels could include the age requirements upfront in the hotel descriptions, it would greatly improve the booking experience. Despite this issue, I still prefer it over the DayUse app, but I hope this oversight is addressed soon.

    The reason I have given 2 stars is because when we arrived they had no knowledge of our booking, luckily we had the email confirmation to prove we had actually booked otherwise they would have turned us away, it was very embarrassing to say the least. The actual hotel was fine.
