    AVOID AT ALL COSTS: BE WARNED! DO NOT USE I wish I had read all other reviews before I used this company. Would never use again. I paid over £550 for a pair of NORDICA Enforcer skis and Marker Griffin Bindings in January. The skis were defective and had a split in the side wall which opened up after 2 days of piste use - I promptly emailed ekosport.uk (thinking they were a uk based company) with photos of the split. They took over a week to confirm they should be sent back so I packed them up at my own cost of packaging and returned that day. It took them over 5 weeks to confirm they had received the returned skis - I constantly emailed them but they just blamed customs. It appears they pay for some reduced service on returned products meaning they sit in customs for weeks while they keep your money and you have no product! During this time I had to spend another £150 hiring skis. After over 6 weeks of returning (mid April) they informed me NORDICA confirmed the product was defective, however they had no replacement skis in stock. So get this - they now offer me a refund on the skis but not the bindings and said they will send them back to me! These were clearly bought as a package and are pretty useless to me on their own. They have the 2026 version of the ski in stock but will not replace with that one and want me to pay extra even though I have been without the skis for almost the entire season and will not use again to next January! I have spent hours trying to reason with them but they are very arrogant and have terrible customer service. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. it’s a false economy to use them.

    Dear Rueben, We have just read your review and were quite surprised by your comments, which we would like to clarify. As you may know, since Brexit, all parcels returned from the UK to France are subject to customs procedures. This is a mandatory process for every single parcel, without exception. To manage this efficiently, the parcels are grouped together before being forwarded to our facilities in France. Unfortunately, this process can sometimes take a few weeks, which we understand can be frustrating — but it is beyond our direct control. In the case of your after-sales service request, we followed the standard procedure: the returned product was received and then sent to the brand for inspection and assessment. After completing their expertise, the brand confirmed that there was indeed a defect with the skis. Based on this, we issued a full refund for the skis. However, the bindings were not identified as part of the issue and were used. As such, they were not included in the refund and will be sent back to you shortly. We understand that the overall timeline may have seemed long and perhaps unclear at certain points, but please rest assured that your case was handled according to the established procedures involving both customs and manufacturer evaluation. We genuinely value your feedback and are always working to improve our service, especially for our UK customers navigating post-Brexit logistics.     My review is 100% factual and I will be placing it on every review site possible so people are aware of your practises and that your customer service has been atrocious and my overall experience terrible. It's not my fault you sent me defective skis and now I am over £300 out of pocket having to hire skis and now with a pair of useless bindings that cost me over £120. Most companies would offer you the latest version of the product available as a warranty replacement, especially given the skis were used for a few days! (I will also be contacting NORDICA about this)

    On the whole a positive expert. The buying process was straightforward. My only negative is that it wasn't fully explained/clear when goods would be or had been despatched. I don't mind it taking a week or so to arrive but improved communication would be appreciated.

    Product was exactly as described, really good price. Product actually took two weeks to get to us (not the 4-5 days) as they ship from France so definitely order from these guys ahead of time. Customer support were really good about reassuring me and communicated well (within 2 hours) when I had concerns about the parcel.

    The service, in general, is very good. My only negative is the delivery; it took longer than expected, and the 4-5 days stated on the website are really only a guideline. With my order, there was a long delay for dispatch to the courier, which meant it took 8 days, which still isn't long, but it just meant I didn't get my skis in time for the holiday. Customer service replied quickly but couldn't help at all.

    I must have looked past the ekosport thumbnail on Google Shopping four times before I finally clicked on and checked it out. I'm glad I ignored my instinct of "if it's too good to be true, it's probably not true". The price was ~£100 cheaper than most competitors, even when shipping was taken into account. A slick, well designed website with the item that I wanted at a highly discounted price. Good delivery time and the item was spot on.

    Nothing wrong with the vendor or the KV poles all good. They were well packaged and arrived in pristine condition. Having used EU sellers many times the postage costs that now apply are stiff to say the least. Without the discount from the seller on the poles that covered the shipping i would have had second thoughts.

    Wide variety of goods on the site and very reasonably priced. Top brand names too. Ordered 2 different sizes as I am between sizes so knew I was going to have to pay to send it back. They seem to charge £14.99 which is pricey for a lightweight pair of trousers but the returns process was very easy.

    It takes 10 days to get an order then you take 4+ weeks to give a refund. Frankly you need to get better. Customers will choose other providers with faster delivery times and faster refunds if the product is not right for them as did I.

    Terrible service. I have returned a large order over 4 weeks ago and have still not received a refund. I have contacted them multiple times and keep being told they need to process it but are refusing to process it. I am waiting one more week then I will be taking legal action. The website is also terrible to navigate.

    The skis were meant to be delivered on the Tuesday. They weren't. We went on holiday the following Saturday, and have had to hire skis, costing us 160 euros.     My feedback is based on my actual purchase experience and I’m also surprised that in this age I cannot find a website without useful after purchase service. I’m not be able to find any phone number in either website or email unfortunately. I do find “customer service “ function is website but unfortunately again it doesn’t work after multiple attempts. The email address is also invalid which makes me feel like I have no route to contact you. What a sarcasm is that the only valid email address I found for Ekosport is the one who sends marketing emails, but of course I don’t believe they are the right team to contact in terms of return issue.

    I ordered this item before Xmas for my Sons Birthdsy i got the message from Evri to say it was on the way and a time slot. That time slot got adjusted again on New Years Eve and still it never turned up. I heard nothing from Ekosport or Evri, I had to chase and chase this up. Finally I got a message from Ekosport to send I won’t accept the package. It finally arrived the box was reopen and the package the tent was in was ripped.     It was obvious to me that the damage was not caused by the courier. The packaging was not damaged. It was a manufacturing fault. Therefore the problem lies with you as the retailer not the courier.

    very happy, excellent price. ordered saturday 11th, arrived saturday 18th the communication wasn't great and i never got a response from the site contact form but replying the order confirmation email opened a ticket, which they replied to in 24 hours.

    Unable to edit an order 5 mins after ordering wrong size. So it was sent at €14 postage knowing it was wrong and l returning it was another €14. Insane pricing for UK delivery. I’m €28 out of pocket. Never again!

    Nordica enforcer 99 arrived on time and ad described. Communication was good and tracking updates where given. The box was a little trashed when it arrived but no damage to the skis. This was more fault of the local courier. All in all great company and I will using again.
