When I wanted to buy a pair of Novablast running shoes, most places were sold out, but Ekosport had them in stock. Although I had never heard of them before, I checked to ensure they were reliable. Excellent site, great service. The Tenaya Indalo which I purchased is an incredible shoe, I recommend 2 full UK sizes down from street size for performance fit. They are comfortable however can start to get painful after long sessions without taking them off briefly. Despite not being advertised as very capable on slab, I believe these shoes are great for small edges as well as smearing onto steep angled volumes. I recommend spending time on adjusting the closure system and once this is set there is very little need to ever adjust it again. I am a huge fan of these shoes and suggest they should make a part of any serious climber's collection.

The item I ordered never arrived. Weeks later they finally decided I could get a refund but they required me to fill out a ridiculous declaration form stating I was not allowed to accept the item if it did arrive. They also demanded I send them a copy of my identification which I was not comfortable with so they finally agreed to just accept the declaration. The whole ordeal took 4-5 weeks to come to an end. Worst experience iv had online shopping.

Awful experience. I found I very reasonably priced board and binding set. Unfortunately it went missing in the mail. Not there fault or mine. But the service I received after was awful. Very reluctant to send a refund. Evenly after months I did get refunded nut I was charged for the postage. I contacted them by Telephone to finally get it resolved. The customer service team on the phone are very nice and helpful.

Very expensive p&p but gave me a delivery window that was in plenty of time for the holiday. Actually got delivered nearly a week later when we were already away. Tried to return as we’d had to buy another ski helmet originally said over £14 to return and then said you can’t return helmets at all, not even ones that haven’t touched a head! Quite deceptive about prices looks cheaper than elsewhere but the postage makes it the same price or more and then it takes forever to arrive. I’m left with an unused ski helmet

Took about 10 - 12 days to deliver parcel. Item did not fit so arranged for return with Evri at a cost of £14.99, (no other option available). Arranged for collection on 14th Feb, somebody from Evri agent tried to collect on 13th, asked them to return on 14th as arranged as parcel was not ready. No one came on 14th, eventually on 16th I took parcel to agents depot where they could not give me proof of return but accepted the parcel. On the 21st Feb someone from collection agent turned up again asking about the parcel. To date (25th Feb) I have had no confirmation of return or notification of refund. Needless to say I will not be buying anything from this company again, terrible customer service.

Appalling treatment, I have not been refunded for my returned order, value of £205.80! Ekosport should NOT be trusted. My return parcel was tampered with, so that they can wriggle out of paying the refund due to me. This is a dishonest and unreliable online supplier.. do not buy from them!

Great website, great service, great prices. The reason I didn’t rate 5 star is that - within 15 mins of placing my order I contacted the team through their website and asked to change the size of the skis. They didn’t pick up that message and respond for a number of days, by which time they’d already personalised and shipped the skis in the size I didn’t want. It’s a credit to how quickly they dispatch skis, but the contact system on the website is obviously not fit for purpose.

I ordered a Fjallraven Bergtagen coat in a colour that was sold out in the UK. Ekosport sold it at a great discount. I was nervous about buying from France having read some of the reviews about poor delivery, and I was worried about Customs duties post Brexit. But my delivery was very fast (5 days) and I had no problem at all with Evri (my courier is great). Customs duties / VAT were included in the price so there were no problems at the border either. I would definitely buy from them again.

Order not delivered and Ekosport refusing to send replacement or issue refund. I ordered skis and bindings from Ekosport on 24th January. Despite advertising a 4-5 day delivery time I didn’t receive confirmation from the delivery company Evri that the skis had been shipped until 31st January. Ekosport were adamant that they shipped it before this (despite there being no tracking). It is now 12th February (19 days since ordering) and the skis have still not been delivered. Evri customer service have stated they cannot locate the parcel and have advised that Ekosport should send a replacement. Although I have forwarded this to Ekosport customer service they have refused to send a replacement (or issue a refund) and are insistent that the parcel might still be delivered. Although Ekosport customer service do respond to emails after a few days they have consistently refused to acknowledge issues with the delivery. Unfortunately, whilst Ekosport continue to only use an unreliable delivery company like Evri and refuse to take responsibility when there are issues I cannot recommend that anyone should order from them.

Ordered skis at a very good price. Communications and customer service are a bit lacking compared to other online shops where you expect regular updates on your order. I didn't even receive a confirmation of my order. They also use EVRI to courier skis to the UK. There is one small problem some EVRI depots will not deliver larger packages (for e.g. skis!). I've read some stories where skis were not delivered or took weeks to arrive because of delays with Evri. I could see there were various hold-ups with EVRI with my skis, so to avoid more problems I sent several messages via their bot until I got a human to reply to me. I told her I needed skis for a trip to Austria on Sunday and a courier finally turned up on the Saturday morning. I would probably use EkoSport again (although I wish they use an alternative courier to EVRI) because the prices are great, but leave plenty of time and if EVRI are holding up your delivery, spam their bot like hell until you get a human reply.

Had doubts about ordering before my ski trip with delivery coming from France to the UK but I needn’t have worried! Ordered a pair of ski goggles on the 10th and even with a weekend between, it arrived in the 16th, it was Evri but delivery was good. (Delivery status didn’t update until the 15th but I imagine that was because Evri don’t receive it until it’s in the UK system). No tax or import duties to pay. Goggles in brand new great condition and looking forward to trying them out on the slopes. Oh and the best part, the price was unbeatable! Much cheaper than anywhere else with a big discount.

Bought a brand new north face jacket which arrived with the pit zip ripped. Sent back for a warranty claim. It’s been a month and the tracking shows no progress since 2 weeks and jacket was sent over a month ago. Phone number for ekosport doesn’t work. So I’ve got a brand new £300 which arrives ripped and now I have no idea where the jacket is. Terrible customer service. I regret making this purchase from this company - it’s just stress and headache I don’t need. All winter I’ve had no jacket and just extra headache instead.

Delivery takes well longer than stated 3-5 days as items get stuck on French border for a while, don't fall for co.uk. Which did not really surprised me as I knew Ekosport is French shop. The ski helmet I bought was not advertised as an ex display item with dandruff etc. This would not make me to give 3 stars either. What made it disappointing is that someone has tried to remove the ear piece and jammed the BOA cable when pushing it back. Now the cable is kinked in Z shape and I can only wonder whether it straightens when tightened up and the MIPS system would work as intended or not!? As we know safety helmets are not exchangeable because frankly the shop don't know whether I have dropped it or something! I would expect, when buying top of range safety helmet, that if someone is clever enough to send ex display item they would at least inspect it.

Seamless experience shopping here. Lots if discounts on offer. This makes it very tempting and I chose to complete my transaction here because of the competitive pricing. The standard range of payment ootions made it easy to do business and the checkout experience was very easy and straight forward. All of the information required regarding deliver etc is easy to access resulting in a very good user friendly experience. My order was promptly acknowledged with an email as per expectations, creating a worry free experience and updates came by email regularly letting me know my order had processed tk the next step. The dispatch was extremely fast. This is great and blew away my expectations. I received emails from my local courier and the done a fantastoc job in getting me my Parcel. EVRI was chosen as my courier. Despite them not having a great track record, they met amd even surpassed my expectations delivering my ekosport parcel. I received emails with updates and even received a courtesy call prior to arrival where I was informed the woukd be in the area within 30 mi utes and they turned up exactly on time as expected. Ny parcel was treated with care as it arrived in immaculate condition. The contents were well packed and protected with minimal packing which I like to see as this reduces unneccessary waste. At first I was distrustful of a hassle factor, given ekosport was evidently based in the Netherlands. However, the skis I wanted to buy were advertised at a great price and Trustpilot reviews were favourable. I did telephone for reassurance that postage to post-Brexit UK wouldn't cause problems. I need not have worried, as the skis arrived promptly with import duty paid upfront in the price.

Snowboard and bindings out for delivery for over a week by Evri, now apparently they are being returned to ekosport without any delivery being attempted and I an expected to wait until they arrive for either a refund or for delivery to be attempted again. This makes no sense, if Evri have them to return then why not just complete the delivery to the customer. Awful service and I’m left waiting to get a refund so I can purchase from reputable retailer in time for my trip. Do not recommend using this site if you actually want to receive your order, shop elsewhere.
