Verified reviewTheir communication was awful. I had problems confirming my order and then needed to return it and the communication was equally awful. Waiting for a return authorisation, then waited for a shipping label, then waited 10 days and had to chase up refund.

Verified reviewPurchased a great pair of skis and bindings for a reasonable price. However the whole experience was ruined by the choice of courier used. Evri advise on four separate delivery dates and failed. Then I received an email to advise that they had lost the package and I should report this to the supplier and arrange a refund , which I did. With only a day to go before I left for the French alps I purchased another pair of skis . Whilst away in the Alps I received an email that the package had been delivered.... Evri had advised they were lost and now they show up. Ekosport responded that the delivery date is just an estimate which seems a little bit of a cop out when I have already advised that Evri emailed me to say the package was lost. I returned home to only find that the package was badly damaged. I have sent these images to Ekosport and am awaiting a response.

Verified reviewSkis as described on website and delivered to Scotland in 6 days. Bindings set up as requested. The skis were well packaged including packaging around bindings within cardboard ski box. The weather in the UK was very wet during delivery but thanks to the internal packaging the skis could not move. Still to use the skis but vey happy with service, price and delivery.
