  Navigating the website can be a pain.often not finding items by make although i know they exist.also I would like a cheaper delivery option.£9 is alot of hard earned money to pay for postage

  The reason I'm not giving five stars is poor delivery. The package didn't arrive on the promised day, but the tracking information showed that it had been delivered (there was no sign of it, and irritatingly I also had a request for feedback before the product had even arrived.) I emailed to enquire what had happened, and the next day had a message from the couriers to say the parcel would be delivered that day -- which it was, but what on earth is the point of tracking information that bears no relation to reality?? And why give a delivery date you can't meet? Recipient was delighted with the shoes, when they eventually arrived.

  I was concerned about ordering from Ekosport after reading some of the reviews but I found the item I was looking for at a good price even after the postage and packing charges. DPD had a problem with their tracking system which wasn't the fault of Ekosport so I had to get in touch with Ekosport in which someone got back to me within 24 hours via e-mail. I recieved my item and in good time and in perfect condition so my experience was good enough to shop at Ekosport again.
