Great!! Ordered a snowboard for delivery in the UK, arrived within specified time (5 working days), good price compared to other sites, no customs/additional charge to paid (included in the price). Evri was quiet for a few days on “we are awaiting package” and suddenly they had it and delivered it.

The skis were meant to be delivered on the Tuesday. They weren't. We went on holiday the following Saturday, and have had to hire skis, costing us 160 euros. I tried to contact both Ekosport and the courier several times, but received no response from either party. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life.

I’m not be able to find any phone number in either website or email unfortunately. I do find “customer service “ function is website but unfortunately again it doesn’t work after multiple attempts. The email address is also invalid which makes me feel like I have no route to contact you. What a sarcasm is that the only valid email address I found for Ekosport is the one who sends marketing emails, but of course I don’t believe they are the right team to contact in terms of return issue.

I ordered this item before Xmas for my Sons Birthdsy i got the message from Evri to say it was on the way and a time slot. That time slot got adjusted again on New Years Eve and still it never turned up. I heard nothing from Ekosport or Evri, I had to chase and chase this up. Finally I got a message from Ekosport to send I won’t accept the package. It finally arrived the box was reopen and the package the tent was in was ripped. It’s the effort it took to get the package it’s so ooor.

Horrendous experience. Ordered ski jacket for my daughter. Initial confirmation email received ok. No further follow up. Chased to be told delivery 4-5 days. Now 2 weeks and courier has not received my parcel. Total silence from Ekosport Customer services even after several emails. No phone number to contact. Am now having to initiate a refund from my credit card company. Very disappointed. Won't use Ekosport again.

Diabolical customer service. My parcel was delivered 7weeks ago to a dumping ground of an area I have no access to, to which evri have taken blame from the start, and eko sport are still trying to avoid a refund claiming since the parcel was delivered they won't resolve this even though they have picture evidence and contact from evri of me not receiving the parcel.never experienced anything like this in my life

Unable to edit an order 5 mins after ordering wrong size. So it was sent at €14 postage knowing it was wrong and l returning it was another €14. Insane pricing for UK delivery. I’m €28 out of pocket. Never again!

Inflexible and Wasteful Customer Service Policy UPDATE 13/1/25 I contacted the company repeatedly while the parcel was still showing as "not yet with the courier" but they refused to cancel the order. Seconds after my latest email, the parcel was checked in with the courier. Their first email to me noted that they couldn't cancel it because their process is so efficient and they want to despatch as soon as possible. Despite this, it took them 6 days to get the parcel to the courier. Plenty opportunity to cancel the order. This is a colossal waste of time, money, and CO2. I will be avoiding this company from now on and will make sure that others do the same. ------------------------------------------- 9/1/25 I placed an order on their website 48 hours ago but soon realised I no longer needed the item. Acting promptly, I contacted them to cancel, ensuring first that the parcel had not been shipped. At the time, the order status was still listed as “Preparing.” Despite this, their response was disappointing. They claimed it was “impossible” to cancel the order and insisted I wait for delivery (France to the UK) before initiating a return (UK to France). Even more frustratingly, at the time of their reply, Evri confirmed that the parcel was still with the sender, meaning the cancellation could have been processed with minimal effort. This approach feels incredibly wasteful and inefficient, not to mention inconsiderate to customers. Refusing to cancel an order still in preparation is not only disingenuous but also demonstrates poor commitment to sustainable practices. A more customer-focused and environmentally conscious policy would have left a far better impression.

At this time of year, it can sometimes be difficult to intercept an order that has already been paid for and is in preparation, as you can understand. Please note that it is not EVRI that handles the parcels at Ekosport in France, but the transport company Schneider, who then forwards the parcels to EVRI. During these 2–3 days, the tracking is not active. Since Brexit, we have had no other choice regarding the delivery method. All parcels go through customs. Best regards, Ekosport.

Nordica enforcer 99 arrived on time and ad described. Communication was good and tracking updates where given. The box was a little trashed when it arrived but no damage to the skis. This was more fault of the local courier. All in all great company and I will using again.

Answer by Stephen T.FlagEkosport needs to review its refund process - they had the means to resolve the situation quickly but appeared to be reluctant to use it. I had to force the refund by taking action against them (UK Section 75 claim). I would recommend always using a credit card if purchasing from the UK.

Fantastic service and really fast delivery to the UK. I ordered the item on Thurs 26th December and it was delivered on Tuesday 31st. Considering it was the Xmas holidays and there was a weekend the speed of despatch and delivery were brilliant. The rucksack was exactly what I was looking for and it was a great price too.
