Excellent range of products and pricing is very competitive. My only issue was the shipping. I am in the UK. Immediately after ordering, the ECOsport website showed the product as "shipped" but the delivery company showed the orders as "expected". It remained in this state for three days before I contacted customer service. They reported that UK shipments are consolidated twice per week and my orders were just about to ship. Product arrived safely just over a week after ordering. It would be very helpful if this shipping timing and method was disclosed and the order status on the website was accurate.

Very happy with my skis, arrived well packed, bindings fitted neatly and to my boot size, and on time. Good price. No custom fees or tax to pay. Customer service was excellent when I contacted them. Just one thing, if you are in the UK you will get notice when Ekosport has shipped them from the warehouse in France, but then it takes several days before EVRI actually get them. So don't panic if it goes quiet for a few days! Once EVRI get them mine arrived two days later. Very pleased.

I ordered from ekosport on the 6/11/24 and it’s currently the 2/12/24 but still haven’t received my goods. They are now making me wait for an outcome because the courier has lost the item. Once the courier admitted they had lost it on the 23/11/24 I would of expected to be sent replacement goods or a refund but I get the same reply from them that I have to wait for the investigation. I currently have no idea what is happening and feel totally let down by this company.

After struggling to find these skis elsewhere in my size, I came across Ekosport who had great stock and were unbelievable cheaper than other places I had seen. This made me somewhat skeptical, but I am leaving this review to ensure others don't get put off by this. Skis arrive 5days after ordering with bindings installed free of charge. Stoked on the new purchase and highly recommend these guys!

Came quickly once dispatched but took 2 weeks for that to happen. I contacted them after a week had gone by after ordering and didnt get a reply. Good price and fast delivery once posted but poor customer service and slow to dispatch.

Excellent site, great service. The Tenaya Indalo which I purchased is an incredible shoe, I recommend 2 full UK sizes down from street size for performance fit. They are comfortable however can start to get painful after long sessions without taking them off briefly. Despite not being advertised as very capable on slab, I believe these shoes are great for small edges as well as smearing onto steep angled volumes. I recommend spending time on adjusting the closure system and once this is set there is very little need to ever adjust it again. I am a huge fan of these shoes and suggest they should make a part of any serious climber's collection.

The item I ordered never arrived. Weeks later they finally decided I could get a refund but they required me to fill out a ridiculous declaration form stating I was not allowed to accept the item if it did arrive. They also demanded I send them a copy of my identification which I was not comfortable with so they finally agreed to just accept the declaration. The whole ordeal took 4-5 weeks to come to an end. Worst experience iv had online shopping.
