Verified reviewPurchased some safety equipment on the premise it would be “at home on December 31”. It is now the 8th of January and the courier hasn’t even receive my order. This order is now useless to me because it will arrive after it is needed, and far later than stated on the website. These “At home on December 31” claims on product pages are entirely fabricated, which certainly amounts to mis-selling. Upon contacting the company for an update on my order, I was told that “no orders will be shipped until the 6th of January”. Nonetheless, the products I ordered said they would be “at home on the 5th of January”. So the company makes these marketing claims even where they know they are categorically incorrect. The company also has high delivery and return fees, so there incompetence will leave me out of pocket - despite the failure being there’s rather than mine.

Verified reviewI bought two pair of skis on separate orders. Mine came quick, my daughters were delayed - to be fair probably down to Black Friday. Communication around the delay was not great. I suspect they were overwhelmed with orders. The pricing was good and the skis with bindings were well packaged. I gave all the measurements required for both mine and my daughters bindings to be set up correctly. Including the mm boot lengths, weight etc etc. Unfortunately we relied on them being correct when they arrived (not being familiar ourselves with how to set them up). I fell three times when my ski just popped off. I never normally fall whole holiday. My daughter also had problems. The in resort ski shop helped us out and corrected both sets of bindings. Mine were wrong in terms of the binding settings length and DIN and my daughters were also wrong but not quite as bad. I had a slight injury from a fall but was caught by the net on the side of the piste, it could have been much worse. I’m pleased with the skis and binding and packaging, the delivery was ok, communication could have been better. My big warning/negative is that EKOSPORT should have some quality control to check binding settings before sending. Either way get them checked by somebody who knows what they’re doing before you rely on them for your safety. I should have known better but they also have a responsibly if you’ve provided all the required information.

Verified reviewI ordered one item which was delivered promptly. I then ordered a further 3 items and waited 10 days only to find they hadn’t even been dispatched and so would not get to me in time. There was no explanation or apology from the customer service team which isn’t acceptable. So, beware of delivery times if you need something by a set time.
