  Had a great price on my casio protek watch. The watch is excellent. Thought I might get a delay because it was coming from France to the UK but arrived in 5 days and no tax import added either. Happy shopper.

  I placed an order for some boots on 19 December 2020 and was promised (on the website) that these would be delivered within 3-4 days. 3 weeks later I am still waiting. Payment has been taken, but no goods supplied. Despite repeated attempts, Ekosport customer services are unresponsive. I have repeatedly asked for information about the status of my order - these requests have been ignored.

  I placed an order on 20/12/2020 with payment taken straight away. Several emails and a Facebook message of chasing up and I got a reply to say that it could not be made BREXIT ready to ship to me but that it would likely take at least a week if not longer before they would be in a position to process my refund. There was no suggestion that shipping to the UK was an issue when I placed my order.

  I was worried about the veracity of the site, but everything went fine. It was easy to order and had no problems whatsoever. Less than a week later I got my product. Really good shopping experience. I recommend it.

  Said my order was delivered on 24/12 but it wasn't. Customer Service either cuts our or says closed when you call, no response to an email either.

They will resume very soon with the carrier Colissimo.
