  Site was easy to navigate, and order was very easy to place. Delivery via Startrack was ordinary. No option to choose what to do if no one was available to receive goods. Delivery man left the package outside a gate on a public facing road, and I was lucky a colleague just happened to see it before anyone else did. Other than that, no issues from the Eternity Rose end.

  worst customer service ever! contacted eternity on the 7th november about a problem with my parcel, since the 7th i have contacted them more than 10 times and each time i do i get the same answer.... "lets take your details and ill put this email through as urgent and we will have someone contact you later today" 5 days later and still no contact.

  Easy to navigate website with reasonable prices for their products. They've got clearly labeled sections for all queries. Their customer service team is friendly and highly cooperative. I ordered an Eternity Rose last minute and it got here on time and the team was very considerate as it was my mum's birthday present. Would definitely order again.
