    Although the shipment delivery was a little longer than I anticipated, it arrived perfectly fine & it was very easy / user friendly to navigate through the product pages. I recall the product pics were quite fast to load as well which clearly helps the overall buying experience. All pics should have the same loading format for consistency & to build loyalty with your great brand. Thx

    Payment error message turned out that the order was submitted, I received 2 identical items (4 total) and had to send them back. Customer service responds relatively quickly after telephone call, but via email, I did not get the reply twice. The sizing for the ski pants was not accurate. The size guide on your website indicates larger than the actual item size. Therefore the ski pants was too just to keep, needed to exchange the size. However you don’t offer free exchange for international customers, had to reorder and repay, in addition to send it back to you with refund delays. Wish you could offer to at least European countries a free exchange of items, since you charge more with local currency. I was shocked to find out about your pricing to the UK, you don’t convert euro price to pound equivalent, instead you charge €100 = £100.. So when you shop ONLINE which is at least 10% or more OVER PRICED for the U.K. customers. Not a good deal for us. Since this is a purchase online, you should not price the items more than the value you sell in France. and we also pay an additional import duty fee, double pain!!!

    I’m happy with the order and service when I needed it. But in this day and age to have to pay for delivery, especially for luxury goods is quite incredible. It is especially unacceptable that returns are also at the cost of the customer. I would recommend looking at how other companies manage this service quite easily. A DHL slip should be included in the delivery so that customers are not inconvenienced by shopping online, after all, that’s the whole point...it should be easier than going to a store. Once I’ve received my final size I can say I would not shop online with you again...which is a shame.

    Hi, the fact that there is no free shipping in international sales and no exchange service for international sales is very disappointing. Also, there is no possibility to reserve a different size, therefore a consecutive order for the right size is necessary, prior to the refund of the returned size. This is a heavy inconvenience, especially as fusalp products are available on other retail sites that provide this service.
