  It’s always a pleasure to deal with id-direct. I’ve never placed an order that hasn’t been dispatched straight away. If the product I buy isn’t available, it clearly says it online. I’ll email them to check if they know when they’ll have stock and if they can’t give a date, they’ll recommend a similar product. I buy for my autistic son who doesn’t understand why I’m trying to make him wear something different so I really appreciate a quick turnaround!

  Amazing company, very helpful happy respectful costumer service staff, I wasn’t sure on size needed and they happily sent one of each size free and were more than happy to help. Products are made to a top standard. Prices set at what they are now seems pricey however the junior pants hold a lot of wet. Compared to any other junior brand nappies I’ve tried for my children I always buy a case as works out cheaper as Product lasts longer as they hold more wet than other brands so don’t go through so many in one night. wouldn’t buy from any other company. Nothing but positives from this company so far and been ordering from them a few years or so now. Highly Recommend!

  I’m January it was £38.83 per case now it’s £54 odd so the price has changed in recent months as that was janruary and we’re only in June

  Dear Sam, what has changed was the numbers of bags in the case. In May 2023 the amount has changed from 6 to 8, therefore the overall cost of the case is higher, but it comes with 2 additional bags of Comfy Juniors.

  We’ve always had excellent service when ordering products for our son. The quality and sizing is much better in the ID brands than others we have tried.   My order has gone up by £30 in two months. I was paying £77 for two boxes of nappies for my special needs daughter and this month I’ve just paid £103 which is horrendous but I feel stuck as I can’t get the product anywhere else. Not good

  Although I found purchasing the items fairly straightforward, the problem came with the delivery. I'm housebound and don't go anywhere, yet despite this the driver didn't even ring the doorbell or knock to let me know that he was there. Instead he left the box sat outside in the open and he had tossed a piece of paper on the ground to say that he had tried to knock but I wasn't there... I'm disabled and use an oxygen machine, I don't go out anywhere, I'm not happy that they lied about the fact that I was home.

  I have always found ordering from id-direct very easy and they process orders/get them out for delivery very quickly. We need a lot of the product I order so I like to take advantage of the free delivery for orders over £45. The only slightly negative thing I’ve found is that the 7 packs are split into two parcels and they’re not always delivered together - yesterday I got one pack and the box with the other six will be here today or tomorrow. Not a huge problem and doesn’t take away from the fact that id-direct are a great company to deal with and their prices are cheaper than other outlets
