    Absolutely excellent. The customer service person I spoke to went out of her way to change the delivery dates for the chocolates (calling Chronopost, and calling me on two separate occasions to keep me informed). I was very impressed!

    Totally a bad experience! They cancelled the order without any notice and reason! I received the package tracking number, but I didn’t received any package. After I checked the record, they send out the package and requested the package returned. Finally, they changed the status of the order to be cancelled!!! I don’t recommend and never more buy their chocolate.
