    Advertised the parts, but didnt have them. Waited a week before emailing me to tell them they didnt have it, a complete waste if time. Only reason its not 1 star is they did issue a refund reasonably quickly. So all in all, they wasted my time and I got no parts.

    Disappointed. What happened to free shipping over 50€ - its gone. They say its only on app, Ok I downloaded it bought parts for 177€ paid by card and ques what they say - waiting for payment. It wasn't bank transfer . I wait for four days then had to go online had to make same order and pay for delivery. When package was delivered the box was ripped apart. Ball joints looking different than in picture. Just late I found that Accessory Kit- disc brake pads are missing, it cost just 3.80 but still unpleasant because now I have to order another one.

    I’m very disappointed as I ordered a couple of things they usually would take a longer time to arrive but now with DPD they let me down again, package was supposed to arrive by 08/05/20 but didn’t arrive by today and No sign from dpd until today, you should choose a decent courier as them ones are liars and never send the packages in time, now my package it’s stuck in Athlon and they Won’t do anything about it, not even bother to reply back, I would like my money back as it looks I won’t get my package.

    When I put my car reg in I expect the correct parts for my car to come up on the web page, if this is the system that's being used, not a confusing list of alternative parts that might or might not fit my car. When I order a part, using this system, I expect to get a part for my car, not a part for a car like mine (e.g. I drive a right-hand drive car I was sent wipers for a left-hand drive model). I ordered oil for my car (5W30) and was sent (0W30). I now have to pay the costs of returning wrong parts sent to me by Mr Auto. Not impressed.

    The site is ok to navigate and the prices are competitive, I use it regularly and will continue to do so.     I had ordered some parts for my van a few weeks ago. The delivery date came and went and no parts. I telephoned Mister-Auto.ie yesterday enquiring about the delay. Now I was not under any pressure to get the job done on the van but I wanted to have all the necessary parts gathered up before starting. The guy dealing with me pulled out all the stops!     I received wrong parts ( realised after fitting) No one answered the phone ( bank holiday) Took nearly 2 weeks to comeback on e-mail... This caused a lot of money as original parts were not fixable back ( damaged ) this situation put additional cost of 275€. I had entered reg number as requested Orderd set of top tracking arms and oil filter (oil filter fitted OK 5€ for the part ??) Emailed pictures and explained what happened... Was offered 15€ off my next purchase ?????? Told them to keep the voucher for themselves as I'm done with mister auto... Previously had no problems so did not knew that dealing with the problem is such a big task for mister auto!!!

    Everything as suppose to be but you really have to know what you need because very often there are different parts to the same car, So basic knowledge is essential. I prefer mister auto rather than the local retailers because I am able to buy best quality parts like Brembo or ATE for example where locally I can get only cheap brands for the same price or Main dealer is the only option but is too expansive to be honest. One thing when buying from Mister-Auto you need to be patient while you waiting for delivery especially if you are living in Ireland as I do.

    Parts I ordered were held up with couriers for over a week due to increase in activity for Covid related medical deliveries. I was unable to contact couriers so got in touch with Mister-Auto. They refunded the delivery charge despite the issue being outside their control. I had to order more parts for the same job the following week and paid for express delivery. These parts arrived promptly as scheduled. Very happy with this customer service and also found the price for parts competitive. Will definitely be using them again.

    I'm very disappointing parts come wrong. I thought called and returned but nobody answered .Never again I will by interested get parts from mister auto. I averting 2 weeks for the parts paid for shopping and get wrong parts

Upon further examination of your case, we can see that the first part of your order was shipped and delivered ahead of the shipping and delivery schedule. We can also confirm the second part of the order was shipped exactly on the shipping date announced, unfortunately there was a delay in transit and the parcel found it's way back to us. We can also see, that you have already been in contact with our Customer Service Team via message on your Mister-Auto profile, confirming that you wish to receive the refund instead of a new parcel to be delivered.     Hi the goods arrived in good condition which was a miracle because the outer box was in multiple pieces it had totally fallen apart The courier had to tape the box it was that bad! I wasn’t impressed with the packing the shock was obviously moving around a unpacked box and destroyed the outer box from the inside. Or the courier placed very heavy items on top of it either way the box was of very poor construction as it failed miserably
