Ordered wipers front and back plus few more bits for my car true the cars reg plate as gave me recommendation for my car, order came fast enough well packed, but unfortunately the rear wiper came wrong too small for car, I contacted the care team and been told that they can not exchange or refund my rear wiper as would cost the company too much. Simply they told me to buy a new at my full cost and plus I had to pay delivery charges that is more than a wiper. I felt that care team didn't care about the customers and especially it wasn't my fault I just been sent a wrong wiper.

Wrong filter sent, not worth the hassle of sending back so bought it locally. This has happened several times with Mister-Auto, their standard delivery has also become really slow so if in a hurry don’t bank on the date they give, choose premium delivery which I suspect is what they want anyway. Given the wrong part again and the delivery time not sure if I’ll be ordering from them again, products are of good quality and prices not bad but delivery and correct items more important to me.

The parts I recieved were for the alternative driving side. Customer Care advised "we kindly remind you to double-check the side of the car for such orders". If the registration of the car is provided, only the parts compatible for that car should be listed for purchase and customers should not be responsible confirming parts compatibility. This is a poor quality service.

The transaction was very smooth from ordering to delivery and payment. There were two issues that had the potential to be very problematic. The site didn’t allow me to enter my (Irish) address as would be used in Ireland. (From memory it didn’t offer the option to include a post code). The protective packaging around my 26kg Varta battery left a LOT to be desired. The battery had cosmetic damage (at least that’s all I hope it has) due to a lack of proper packaging. A little bit of crumpled paper is not sufficient for something as heavy and potentially dangerous as a car battery.

I recieved an empty box. The part was not in it. My car was due for it's roadworthy test on Saturday 8th of February. I had to cancel the test and forfeit the test fee of €60. I contacted customer service to explain and sent photos of the box requesting a refund. Still waiting for a reply. This whole thing has cost me €115 for a part that was €55 incl delivery. Very disappointed.
