    Appalling delivery process. Parcel came to Ireland, was told it would be delivered next day but the parcel was in fact sent back to France instead before to come back to Ireland a 2nd time. Meanwhile I was given approximate info and unrealistic update on the next ETA by the customer service. Nowhere to put the eircode on the Mister Auto website when ordering and I think that it is where the problem started.

    Terrible customer service with unhelpful and ignorant staff with poor communication and professional skills, customer service person cursing and shouting at me down the phone after I asked to cancel my order as they decided to split it into two orders and the other part which was in stock was now not available for months. The other part on the order was useless without the part they didn't have in stock and there was 0 communication that this was being done. Also paid for express shipping and preparation and it took even longer than the standard time. Don't waste your money here, spend it with a company that appreciates you as a customer. Boycott at all opportunities.

    Faulty part sent to me. Discarded the box the sensor came in so can't be refunded, also have to provide documents from a mechanic to verify the fault of the sensor, take my word... IT WAS FAULTY! I know because I swapped it out with one from another Focus and that fixed my problem. I feel like mister auto thinks I am scamming them and this leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Also, on one occasion customer service hung up the phone on me when I could clearly hear someone on the other end. I will put this down to experience and just not use this app/site again.

    It wasn't a pump but a sensor. I don't have the original packaging, your customer service has told me I will not be refunded because of this,can you clarify if this is correct? Also, I don't want to pay a mechanic to test the sensor and provide a document of proof, all I know is that when I removed the sensor and replaced it with another from a car identical to mine, the old one worked. So logic would tell me that the one I received from mister auto is faulty, or incompatible with my car, which wouldn't make sense as your website stated it was compatible with a my engine code.
