  I bought a TRW caliper, a TRW box arrived, it contained a Lukas caliper, and it was not new but refurbished. I wrote to online support, called, no result, my account was blocked. This is the last purchase on mister auto, I categorically do not recommend this seller

  Some orders, the majority do come promptly and correct components but I have had problems . . . The definition of drivers/passengers often does not take into account rhd vehicles and you end up with part/s for the wrong side for the wrong side of the vehicle. . . . Mr Auro then request YOU return the items which as individuals cost us more than the value of the components , . . . They have good prices so we are to an extent held captive , . . . I'll will only order both sides of anything now. .. .

  I paid extra for a fast delivery and it took exactly the same time (1 week) as the last time I’ve only used the standard delivery option. The fast delivery option is only to make more money and doesn’t do anything for you, so don’t bother!

  The part is incorrectly labeled. I took the effort to contact MA to confirm the part was for the LHS door and still the part which arrived was wrong! I had the same problem last year and was told the website would be updated..obviously it has not. Just be careful when ordering LHS/RHS parts.
