Verified reviewI am customer of mister auto for years never had an issue, but the last order was a disappointment. The parcel was very purely packed, the box was broken in 3 different places almost open. Very lucky nothing was missing from the order. I understand that parcel made a long way but that could been prevented by packing the order in the box properly and securely.

Verified reviewI have ordered brake hose for rear caliper passenger side and I got the part for driver side. I contacted customer service and was told I will get full refund because it's not my fault. So I ordered the correct part and paid for courier again. They gave me a refund but charged me a shipping and return courier cost for sending me a wrong part which was clearly Mister auto fault. Rip off. Never order again.
