It's all good with Mister-Auto, but delivery has been a nightmare, especially with DPD. It takes days to be delivered to the county, but the courier takes weeks to get it to the door. Then they leave it literally on the street, with the box wide open. Hope one day Mister-Auto move away from DPD, as seem an Post does a much better job than the DPD courier.

Selection process kind of difficult as theres no way of knowing If part been bought is for LHD or RHD vehicle as Mister Auto is French based, Also I tried to send a wrong part received back before and was soooo difficult to navigate or get through on the phone, good competitive prices though

When the delivery man was delivering a Car Battery to me I asked him to leave it at the door, when I went to move it an hour later I realised that it had been delivered upside down and was leaking. I contacted the delivery company and Mr Auto, after many emails and photos back and forth they have told me I didn't get onto them quickly enough and are refusing to refund or replace the battery. Shocking service, extremely unprofessional, I can't believe that this is within the law!

This has all been done over the past 10 days so I would only be repeating the process. Please remind them that they should do the correct thing and reimburse or replace the item. I have done everything required, this is not my fault. Please don't let me down, regards Michael
