I ordered two brake caliper repair kits! One kit was packaged beautifully, but the other was repackaged. The packaging was open, and the rubber bands were covered in white dust. I wasn't too happy with it, but since returning it wasn't worth it, I left it as is. I hope the rubber bands in the second kit last as long as the first. and the parts took much longer to be delivered than promised!, so if you're counting on fast delivery, you'll be disappointed

Answer by Ros F.FlagHi, I sure feel given the circumstances an handling of my genuine claim being rejected this is an awful customer experience, I was told that basically you are refusing to take ownership for dangerously faulty batteries, this is very bad company practice and buyers need to be aware of this experience which will only leave them out of pocket. If there was a zero star option I would have put that down. I will be advising everyone steer cleaner of your website.

Sometimes the part you order is in stock. It can take a week to ship it, and when the time comes to pack it the part is no longer available. They refund you instead of giving you an alternative to purchase a different brand. Meanwhile they ship the other parts and I have to reorder again waiting up to a week before dispatch. A very poor service.

Feedback on Order Y25697849 I have been a loyal Mister Auto customer with several successful past orders, but this experience has been very disappointing. My recent order (two 5L bottles of engine oil) arrived damaged and leaking. The DPD driver delivered only one parcel at the door, went back to the van, then left. Later, I found the second parcel left near my door, soaked in oil and unusable. I had no chance to inspect or refuse the delivery, as the driver did not knock or ask for a signature. I immediately reported the issue with clear photos, but Mister Auto’s response was that the “package was delivered in good condition,” which is not true. They refused my refund request, even though EU consumer law clearly protects customers when goods arrive damaged. I am disappointed by the lack of responsibility shown by both the carrier and Mister Auto. Unless this is resolved fairly, this experience will ruin my trust in Mister Auto despite my previous loyalty as a customer.
