    Very impressed with Mister Auto after sales service. I ordered a set of wipers for Honda Jazz but the rear wiper differed from the original when I tried to fit it. The cost of returning the incorrect part would have exceeded the cost of the item. After a couple of emails were exchanged they applied a credit to my account and organised to ship the correct part immediately. I’m back on the road again.

    Package was located in France and not in Ireland, it took 11days to get that package delivered. Regarding goods don't know yet as Bolk brakes is not known much to me. Micks garage is so far faster and easier car parts online order option for Ireland.

    Placed order no issue but when I opened the box an item that I ordered was missing. Emailed as soon as possible and over 9 days later no answer. Not the first time this has happened as they pack the boxes not very well so items arrived broken etc. Customer service is poor. What happened to the live chat feature ? Got a refund after I had to phone twice. Fact is I emailed over two months ago.

    I order parts on the 10th of April still haven't received them on the 24th and paid for quick delivery. I ordered parts that were listed as available on the site and 2 weeks later they cancelled the order stating they weren't available so have to now go and order elsewhere which will cost me another two weeks of time.     Price is good and delivery was fast, but they sent the wrong part. Update: I contacted them and they refused to refund me. They want me to pay postage fees and get exposed to covid 19 over their mistake. Avoid.
