Ordered a battery and 2 , 5lt of 10w40 oil, all in 1 order, it took 3 deliveries, first was the battery then the 1st 5lt of oil then a few days later I get the second 5lt of oil, pretty poorly organised delivery which must have ruined any profits Mr auto might have made

Feedback on Order Y25697849 I have been a loyal Mister Auto customer with several successful past orders, but this experience has been very disappointing. My recent order (two 5L bottles of engine oil) arrived damaged and leaking. The DPD driver delivered only one parcel at the door, went back to the van, then left. Later, I found the second parcel left near my door, soaked in oil and unusable. I had no chance to inspect or refuse the delivery, as the driver did not knock or ask for a signature. I immediately reported the issue with clear photos, but Mister Auto’s response was that the “package was delivered in good condition,” which is not true. They refused my refund request, even though EU consumer law clearly protects customers when goods arrive damaged. I am disappointed by the lack of responsibility shown by both the carrier and Mister Auto. Unless this is resolved fairly, this experience will ruin my trust in Mister Auto despite my previous loyalty as a customer.

I ordered some replacement wiper blades for my 2024 Mercedes GLA. They are Bosch. Fit was tight at the connection, which seems to be the case with aftermarket blades on this car. I bought another brand from another supplier that I couldn't get on. First tioever. Anyway, these Bosch are of excellent quality. Much better than the original MB blades. Mister Auto delivers the parts fast. I received them in two days. I'll always use Mister Auto. They're great!

Easy enough to find your way around and locate the parts. They do keep referring to drivers side and passenger side, which is not helpful, given that could be either side. But they refuse to use the more normal left and right. Also, when parts are incorrect, they won’t allow you to request a return from anything other than a computer. Given they expect everyone to use the app, that’s a sort of cop-out. Send anything and it won’t come back. I had to source brake pads locally, because the ones they sent bore no relation to the ones I needed, even though they sent me the right discs!

Brake hose for Mondeo MK5 from mapco, Bracket doesn't fit, don't go for this part. Might be cheap but doesnt fit . Delivery times way too long. Never Mr Auto again. Just a drop shipper to their ware house no parts in stock for direct delivery.

Website is set up to scam people with fake promotions that they end up being charged for! And when you complain to customer care your basically told your lying (send me a screenshot or it didn't happen) why would I have taken a screen shot of that? It came up on your website, you should know what I have clicked on. The delivery date is also misinforming, shows as delivery date on website, then after you oder that same date shows as shipment date not delivery date, delivery times are a joke, takes almost a week before package even leaves your warehouse! On top of all this, you try to fool people into this thinking this is an irish company, shipping from Ireland. All in all I would never use this website again and will strongly recommend others don't use it either! If you were just clear and honest it wouldnt even be that bad, if you knew what to expect before buying it wouldn't even be an issue, but the website in its entirety is just full of deception!
