Mainly given 2 stars because of my clutch kit order.i ordered a clutch kit with flywheel for my 2007 passat.on the website there was pictures of the clutch kit and description of it that said it would be suitable for my car and the picture clearly showed a dmf not smf.so took my car to my mechanic car was on the hoist with the gearbox removed but to my surprise when i opended the box i found a single mass flywheel clutch kit and at that stage i had no choice but to use it.any other clutch kits on your website states pretty clear when it is a conversion kit like valeo clutch kit but not your own bolk kit.so in another words i was sold a smf instead of dmf.the car drives pretty horrible with good amount of vibrations felt trough the car specialy when i am accelerating hard.other orders have benn good though so thats why i did not give you zero stars.so folks just be careful when you are buying parts from this company.what an amazing reply.given you 1 star after that reply.no vw passat leaves the factory with a smf they all leave factorys with dmf and if your websites states that the clutch kit fits bxe engine which is my engine code then i would expect to recieve a dmf unless stated otherwise.The Valeo clutch kit states in clear english that it is a CONVERSION KIT but your own bolk brand doesnt state that where it absolutely shoud state it that it is a CONVERSION KIT.

Continuously declining service. Started by sending incomplete orders although it's available online to sending poorly packaged parcel with damaged items. I've contacted the customer service expressing my disappointment with the current service.

Good prices and vast selection of brands, which you can select (so you can make sure to get buy quality items - rather than generic cheap goods). Shipping within outlined time-frames. Only concern is that from time to time, the 'packaging' of goods seem to be done inferior. Boxes barely sealed up with tape (not done properly) and with large box only partially filled, mean items moving around substantially within outer shipping box. In last delivery, two items had split open their individual box, and was lying loose in shipping box and partially breaking the side of it (luckily - nothing falling out). Not very well packed, and could be improved.
