Couple time ordered oils, filters, timing belt kit, spark plugs. Everything came up as ordered, at right time. Prices are lower than local motor factors. Only disadvantage, that sometimes needed to wait up two weeks . Happy !

I still haven't received my item. It was delivered in a damaged box so the courier service won't deliver it as unsure if product is in working order. Have rang numerous times, no-one was able to inform me on where my package was or where i could find it nor have I still heard back only I contacted the courier service myself. Paying for delivery to have to collect myself and insure product is not damaged. 3 weeks later.

I have been trying to contact mister auto by phone for the past week and have been unable to contact them as the phone number just goes dead, I ordered a set of wishbones for my c8 and when delivered the bolt sizes were different to the oem part I was replacing but at no point in ordering did it say I needed different size bolts . The original part has m14 bolts and the part you supplied has m12 fine thread 1.25 pitch . I have been unable to get bolts so in the end I have had to order a box of bolts from a whole sale supplier, I need 4 bolts. Needless to say I am having a bad experience.

It is inadmissible to order two times pay extra for fast delivery and get the products after 3-4 days not next day delivery. Also, it is sad and unfair to order 2 products in stock when I ordered and after that one of them was not available. The wheel hubs were at a good price but for the second time with Mister-Auto orders they arrived in a really poor quality box which was not fit for purpose which had been resealed by DHL with lots of their branded tape. The hubs were packed inside with plastic air pockets which are not suitable for heavy loose items like wheel hubs. A smaller corrugated box with a few wads of corrugated or balls of newspaperwould have done a proper job. Come on guys sort out youe packing!
