  Hello, your order was placed on the 31st of March and our website indicate 7/8 business days required for shipment; it was shipped on the 10th of April with FedEx; they haven't delivered it yet and do not have a set date; we have contacted them asking for more information regarding the delivery date. We apologize for this inconvenience; we will do everything that is possible to solve this problem as soon as possible.

  We are April 24th and no trace if the delivery nor confirmation of an expected date. The problem is still open.

  I am always hesitant ordering from USA. I emailed and spoke to Andrea and she was very very helpful. She gave me all the information I needed for my huge accessories order for my 2018 Duke 390. They use FedEx of which is great because when FedEx receive huge boxes at their facility , FedEx will actually keep it in their facility for the receiver to pick it up. This is a great security feature FedEx have because packages are always being stolen from homeowners door steps. Again, great job to Andrea at Motostorm for helping me.

  I ordered an SRC Bluetooth system for a new Schuberth M1 helmet. I'm in the USA, but Motostorm had the lowest price AND they delivered to me faster than other orders I placed on the same day (from USA companies). Fantastic job Motostorm!

  No idea where is my Order, IF will ever arrive. But, you are asking me for a review ... My order was PAID and CONFIRMED on 6 April. You DID ship it out on 11 April, as per Promised. Thanks. And that’s all that worked well. The fedex tracking system mentioned I will receive the package on 17 April. From Italy to Bucharest, Romania in 6 days seams ok. Then, I’ve got informed my Package in somewhere in England. Then, my Order reached some city in Germany. Then, “No date of delivery acailable”. Now, evening of 19 April, I am wondering if I will receive anything, not when. So, a parcel departing from Italy to Romania, needs to pas by England, then by Germany and who knows how many other countries yo reach Bucharest. So far, we passed 9 days from shipping and no idea when I will receive it. I guess even by postal service or by bike, in 9 days I should have received it. Your service seams ok, but your delivery sucks. I’ve got faster deliveries even from China. Thanks

  I had to wait for a while as Bagster doesn't usually have stock of specific tank covers. Even so,my purchase reached my place before expected, so I'm really glad to have ordered my tank cover from Motostorm. The price was also very good. To sum up, high quality product and high quality seller.
