Firstly, as you bring up that you have received the samples that you never ordered. Nonetheless, when i look at your order , i see that those samples of Killian were added to your order : Killian - Narcotic V Killian - Love Eau Fraiche Killian - Water Calligraphy Killian - Forbidden Games That is to say, neither Floris nor Lorenzo Villoresi were initially added to your order (see attached photo from my earlier email). Concerning the dosage of the 50ml Killian bottle : It is indeed a bottle larger than the amount of liquid is 50ml, that is completely normal that it is not filled until the top. The capacity of the bottle is bigger that 50ml. Finally, concerning the hair that you found : We are sorry but we would like to pay your attention to the fact that It more likely not a hair, but the threads coming out from the bag (see attached photo from my earlier email).   Fast shipping and Silphium was very well secured in my parcel, but I'm pretty disappointed, that not even one of my selected samples during the order process was inside the package. I spent two hours to carefully select them and instead of 5 that I wanted to try, I got 3 that I already knew. I wouldn't buy again on nose.fr, even if everything was alright with my shipping and my new perfume.

  Dear Madam, My name is Nicolas Cloutier and I am the president and co-founder of Nose. I am sorry to hear your issue with your order. I have personally looked at your web order and only see in the confirmation order that you order your Silphium perfume without any samples. This perfume comes with 3 free samples (as between 80 and 160 euros) which should be picked with the free sample popin either after you add a product to your cart or when you validate your cart (upper right button). When we don't have them picked by the customer, we add 3 samples that are alike for the discovery. We don't offer 5 samples with any of our order so can you please explain how you have choose your 5 samples? Were these hand pick by you at 3 euros each? Maybe something went wrong with your browser? What type of web browser are you using (Safari, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Edge)? Is this on PC, mobile or tablet? What model? These info could be interesting to know in order to find out what went wrong. With these answers in hands, we will be able to answer your issue. Thanks in advance for your fast return. I sent you a message with a screenshot from Firefox-60.6.1 on Gentoo Linux(Desktop PC), where you could see, where I could select those 5 samples, after I put Silphium in my shopping-cart. I couldn`t sent a screenshot here, so I sent the message to info@mynose.nose.fr The 5 samples per order is reproducable, so I couldn`t imagine, that the issue is on my side, but I`m happy, if I could help. I have just checked with the tracking system has confirmed the shipment on same day of order (Dec 4th) and a delivery on December 14th, for a total of 8 days for delivery (working days). I believe that it has returned to the post given the none possibility of delivery waiting for your pickup at the Post close to your destination delivery. Do you confirm? The good news is that for next order above 160 euros, you can choose express delivery by airplane for 1 or 2 days. Anyway overall I'm very satisfied with the fragrance and I know it's not your fault and probably I will order again!

  Dear Sir, I am sorry to discover a different tracking history than the one provided by the French Post. I assume the information is not passing well between the two public entities. As I said, for next delivery, if you order above 160 euros you can go directly by DHL for express delivery by airplane for 1 or 2 days. This should avoid such pane.   Hi Korea and the EU signed a free trade agreement. And if you attach a Certificate of Origin to a product originating in Europe, the duty will be tax free. The tariff was added because the process was not carried out.
