  The product was fine, however, the service was bad. This expensive gift came without the gift wrapping I had paid for (for my husband's 60th birthday) and with some of the address missing, which was important as it was delivered to our friend's home in France for our collection, and they opened it as my name had been omitted! All round bad service and I would not recommend.

  This was the first time I ordered Creed Aventus for my son in ireland. The price was very competitive, tracking was super easy and delivery instructions were perfect. Well packaged and product itself excellent. My son changed the delivery to a pick up which was easy as well. Would recommend 100% and would buy again.

  I received the diffuser, but not the 6 samples which I chose. I was only able to communicate with a BOT. The response was that the choices were not found. The web site is awkward to navigate; however, the product was very good. I'm enjoying the diffuser. The samples would have been a nice perk if I were able to use them.

  I discovered Nose through their Instagram ads. I have recently been going through a fragrance obsession so I thought I’d just take a peek. What sold me was the fact that I could purchase samples of several perfumes that I’d had my eye on but was scared to do a blind purchase. Nose’s personalized fragrance diagnosis and recommendation system was awesome as well. I blame Nose for pushing me further into my obsession, lol. I’m now in the process of ordering several full-sized bottles of new perfumes.

  I am from USA and I trusted the store and bought online. I didn’t receive a confirmation after purchasing but when I sent a separate email, they did get back to me. I got the order on time and it was secured in bubble wrap. Customs did a good job putting it back the way it came because the large candle did not get ruined even though there are cut marks on the box but again I’m gonna blame customs. I would purchase from Nose again but I would like to see a confirmation number and email sent immediately after purchase and shipping information emailed out. I trusted their system and it worked but living in the other side of the world, the extra emails would give me a sense of peace. If that is in the future of Nose, then I would 100 percent order all my beauty products from here. Prices are also better even with an exchange rate!!! Also they sent three lovely free samples. Merci Nose.

  A wonderful website experience but let down by sloppy packing. Items were not bubble-wrapped or protected in the delivery box, so they were rolling about and bumping into one another during the entire journey. The two wooden candle base I bought were scratched by other items in the box.

Please note that, when packing your products, at NOSE we have a meticulous process : your order is always verified and package is in perfect condition when living our company. Also, a majority of products are originally box-packed and sealed. Plus, a "korvu" cardbord inside is made espacially to contained and covered the products; if the parcel is moving during transit, products could not move inside at all. Even we didn't receive any email from you that noticed us of the damaged candles or saying you've encountered failure, but we want to trust you if your products were possibly shocked during transportation and would like to apologize again for this unexpected experience.   Hi Melis, I regret not taking any photo of the box when it arrived but I think you can easily verify the packing process if you take the time to speak with your delivery team. I want to correct some of your claims: 1) You say products cannot move inside the box at all. That is a false claim because I see no cardboard or bubble wrap or paper in the box that protects my 2 candles, 2 candle base and free gifts from moving about. 2) You say majority of products are sealed. Well, I bought 2 Cire Trudon candles and they are not plastic wrapped and the surface of the boxes can easily be scratched when knocked against one another. I also bought 2 Cire Trudon wooden vases that are not wrapped in anything, which is why they are scratched as mentioned in my original feedback. To be honest, this is a major disappointment for me because any retailer would have just bubble wrapped the wooden bases, instead of throwing them into the box with zero protection. I am putting aside this bad experience and truly hope you take my feedback seriously.   From when I placed my order that originates in France to delivery in the Midwest United States it took FOUR DAYS. I can't get things that fast from within my state. Extremely well packaged (love the use of shrink film). Competitive pricing, great selection, I will definitely shop here again.

  Had so much trouble getting this item from a well-regarded US retail outlet. One week after we ordered and were assured we would receive delivery, order was cancelled due to "demand". Found Nose.FR using a google search, bought my item Sunday Night US Time and received via international shipping by Wednesday Morning (at a better price btw). That's what I call efficient service.   The buying of the perfume was great. The testers and things included were brilliant, the only thing that really let it down was the “gift wrapping” which for the amount you’re spending on the perfumes I would expect to be better than just a brown cardboard box…bit of a let down, especially when you pay extra for it, and my wife has bought stuff from nose before and it always comes well packaged, I just don’t know the difference between the normal packaging and the “gift wrapped” option, looks the same to me.
