I really liked how the perfume was packed. It’s minimal yet held the perfume tight so that it wouldn’t get damaged during the transfer. The order was shipped very quickly and arrived at my address much earlier than I have expected.

I was asked to list the names of 3 fragrances so samples could be added to my order. After a long while of doing the appropriate research, I came up with the 3 and was very excited to have a chance to try them. When the order arrived, I was disappointed to find that none of the fragrances I listed was included in the order. In fact, one of the samples that purported to be a Kurkdjian was actually water, I mean, it was literally water (I have this particular Kurkdjian and it is indeed a fragrance, it is not water).

We feel very grateful to read that the support you have received by email has met your expectations - such as the fast shipping service with DHL. Regarding the out-of-stock situations that have occurred, it is important to mention that it was the ones related to samples. Several elements explained these sold-out articles. Firstly, the brands provides limited quantities of testers for creating samples. Due to the sanitary situation - and the temporary boutique closing, these quantities are even more reduced. On another hand, it is important to remember that our concept relies on some "niche" brands which are not necessary supported by worldwide groups. Secondly, unlike big brands, you will understand that the samples are made in a "homemade" way prepared by hand and not in China or in a developing country and that the wages of employees based in France. As soon as we receive the testers, we are doing our best to be able to produce samples as soon as possible and to be able to publish them online but it cannot be an immediate process. We hope that these explanations would be transparent enough to be able to convince you to order again from us: we would do our best to ensure that you will be satisfied.
