  Good location (staying at Orchidée hotel, which was also excellent). Access and egress as a pedestrian wasn’t as well signposted as expected but generally adequate. Spaces were not a bad size, but access typical for underground car park with ramps that required respect for cars with low suspensions and I suspect taller cars/roof boxes wouldn’t be suitable at all. Generally good and location excellent for our needs. Car park felt secure and adequate for our needs. Not too expensive.

  Stay away from it. After booking and paying a lot for a day parking I wasn’t able to park there as it turned out my SUV car doesn’t fit yet they won’t refund me!!

  Too many info to register the service. Apple Pay not accepted, so enrolling is long and complex. Parking is without EV chargers (in 2024!!!)

  We made a reservation but couldn't enter or leave with the license plate recognition. To enter the parking by foot the door on the first floor wasn't working. On Tuesday also the lift refused to work. You had to go to -2 and then back up on foot. Strange!

  I am completely glad to book on Onepark. But the autopark was disgusting. It was soooo dirty. And I couldn’t find Exit. I requested help from staff. No one speaks in English. I went out, set the pin and went out. I was almost unable to exit from to autopark.

  Quick and efficient. Driver had us at the terminal within 20 minutes of us arriving. One point was however that we booked with Ecopark33 but the actual provider was Park and Trip so you need to find Park and Trip to the north of the airport NOT 33Ecopark.

  The booking procedure was fast and easy. The price was very high. The overall safety in the parking seemed fine. For the first couple of entries/exits the automotive plate recognition system was not working so i had to call the personnel.

  Very easy to do. Please remind ‘idiots’ like me who have booked online and enter the car park when the entry barrier is permanently raised without getting a ticket, I was caught out on my last trip when I was late and in the momentary panic I didn’t stop to get a ticket!

  Our last reservation at ACASA Hotel Parking stressed us so much. Our jumpstart kit was stolen from our car which we needed for jump start our old car after parked there for 3 weeks. We have to call our insurance to start our car and was delayed for our next appointment, plus I have to drag 8 languages and young children, rushed to the park house from airport to meet my husband who supposed to get the car and pick us up at airport. Of course that is not the ONEPARK's problem. Maybe ONEPARK could be kind and ask those private parking house to put up more cameras to secure the places and their customs, also not let the thief get away easily ?

  VERY tight entrance, but the parking spot had enough space as advertised . Fortunately you drive in from a relatively quiet side street, so you can exit the car, put in the code and manouvre in without stressing about causing a traffic jam behind you.
