  Very disappointed… I’ve said it before, I made a mistake when I booked and selected the wrong date. I didn’t realize it and when I got there the agent told me I was a few minutes early and couldn’t get in… he never told me that it was the wrong date, just had me waiting at the gate, when I was taking my elderly father to the hospital. It was very bad service, I paid twice, asked for a refund when I got home and saw the actual booking date, was told I couldn’t get a refund (policy that sus you have to cancel one hour prior…), was given a promo code instead, that was not accepted in the SAME parking I rebooked to pick up my dad from the hospital… very bad customer service, at the location and online. Disappointing and sad. Won’t use Onepark and SAEME again

  So far so good. Used once before and it was fine once we understood that there are specific bays in the car parks for one park. Otherwise we would have been towed. Also the digicode entry exit system can be a bit daunting with doors not opening and closing etc. All part of the adventure

  Das Parkhaus ist sauber und unser Auto war sicher untergebracht. Leider hat die Einfahrt mir dem vorgebuchten Zugangscode nicht funktioniert. Das Problem wurde direkt vom Personal behoben. Die Rampen zwischen den Stockwerken sind sehr schmal. Mit unserem Kamiq ging es , aber es war eng.

  Using the onepark app on my phone was very simple... Entered the place i wanted to find parking And chose a price and place just right for me.. immediately got confirmation and information on how access and exit parking lot... Much easier when you have parking arranged in advance... great service use when ever I need to arrange parking in advance

  Never heard of Onepark before arriving at our “back alley“ hotel on this one-way street this dark rainy evening. The hotel was not affiliated with Onepark and couldn’t give us any useful information about it. We ended up blocking the entrance to the car park for 10 minutes trying to figure out the instructions on how to enter and couldn’t get any phone signal in this entrance area. After pressing the “help” button on the intercom and discussing with another person who couldn’t really help we finally backed out a few meters until the phone signal returned, successfully registered a Onepark account and were sent a 6-digit code enabling entrance to the underground garage. Thankfully we have a relatively small vehicle which could fit through the steeply descending ramp. After this ordeal we did happily found a charging device which worked without issues.

  non ho potuto usufruire del servizio perchè sul posto non c'erano indicazioni e non c'era personale a cui chiedere, poi successivamente mi è arrivato l'addebito, nonostante io abbia pagato il parcheggio normale perchè avevo urgenza di lasciare la macchina, ora per avere il rimborso mi chiedono la ricevuta, ma io ho solo il ticket del parcheggio, non ho fatto la richiesta di ricevuta al momento del pagamento alle casse automatiche

  Very easy and great rate. Detailed explanation about how everything works on the day. We'll see if everything goes smoothly when I get there. I took a star out because of depending which payment method you use you still need a card reader to confirm your payment (for some reason it's typical on French websites) but other than that great experience

  The parking was very clean, secure and close to Midi station. It very easy to book and both access and departure were very smooth and easy. The price for parking is significantly better than that of QPark at the station. My only complaint, which isn't really the fault of OnePark or Indigo, was that on leaving the parking there is problem with the ramp to the street that caused my car to bottom out hitting the ground quite hard.

  The booking was easy and the app user friendly. The park is safe and a good option to protect the vehicle! However, to get out of the park the code was not working and the man working on the park didn’t understand the information in the booking confirmation so it took to long to get out of the park.

  Well priced parking a few minutes walk from the Louvre. We booked ahead of time online being tourists and we're impressed, very clean facilities and when we lost our ticket they were very helpful and didn't try to double charge us.

  The company failed at the first fence - the pickup driver information provided was incorrect so we had no oher option but to park in an expensive station car park. It is therefore ridiculous to comment any further.
