  I had been searching for a particular tobacco jar for about two years and found it on the website. The price was right and the shipping was reasonably priced. I ordered one and was surprised how fast it arrived as it was shipped from France to the United States. Unfortunately the package arrived damaged. The box looked like someone sat on it in transit and the jar had cracks on two sides. I contacted the merchant and they immediately sent another one. The second one arrived just as fast and is in perfect condition. I highly recommend pipe shop Saint Claude for their products, price and customer service!

  La Pipe Rit were excellent to deal with. As I am on the other side of the world, I relied solely on their web site. The pipe arrived in 10 days and was of good quality and my husband enjoys smoking it. I will buy his next pipe from them again. Recommend them.

  La Pipe Rit handled my Tsuge Ikebana pipe order swiftly and despatched the pipe securely and quickly to my address in Canberra, Australia. Bastien at La Pipe Rit did some homework on my behalf to determine the pipe maker's classification of the pipe. Much appreciated. La Pipe Rit also agreed that I send my money transfer in two separate tranches which helped me meet my financial payment limits in Australia. Again, much appreciated.

  I emailed La Pipe Rit asking about their 9mm pipes. They responded promptly and comprehensively with links to pipes that matched my preferences. I purchased one of the pipes and received it in great condition. I was a little hesitant about the purchase as I ordered from the USA... but everything went smoothly. It seems it is rare these days to experience this level of customer service. I would not hesitate to order from them again. My highest regards are offered.
