  Always used Pyrex for cooking. Have 4x 6” dishes with no tops. I ordered 4 x6” tops, but when they arrived they were the metric equivalent and didn’t fir properly.

  Great products despatched quickly and super fit for existing glass storage containers. Only criticism would be the excessively large delivery box and plastic packaging within which was unnecessary for the small contents .

  Far far far too expensive when replacing old lids on my glass container. The postage was an extra £5 for plastic lids ! Wasteful packaging too. Overall the product is good but selling lids for &35 is a joke. I could have purchased a new set for little more. I was being environmentally friendly but you took advantage.

  Pyrex sent to items out that were damaged and still wanted to charge me to return them, they also did not offer to replace them. I am disgusted that pyrex would even send out something in this condition in the first place. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER BUY PYREX AGAIN.

  I would not leave pyrex any stars if I could as their customer service is dreadful. You sent out two damaged items and then wanted to charge me to return them, and also did not offer to replace them. It is disgusting to send out an item in that condition in the first place. I will never by pyrex ever again. DISGUSTING

  Great for replacing split plastic lids for my glass dishes. Fast and efficient delivery although a bit expensive. They do however use DHL so I know when it’s due to arrive, usually next day and always within two. Great service.

  Straight forward ordering system, good quality products. The only suggestion for improvement is to allow customers to choose one of each size rather than packs of 3 lids. I needed several sizes lids and I now have too many extras. Otherwise the order was delivered promptly and all items were as expected.

  it's been a month first of all since the order. i don't know how this company still exists. do they have any managers? it's appalling. they do not know how to help and keep making things worse. first they said we sent it. i said, that's an old tracking number, then they said, it's ok, it's been sent. a few days after, i said, who did u send it with? they said x or y. no tracking number. i said that' bc you didnt send anything. frustration, waste of time, total incompetence in customer service resolving an issue. one day they said, wait until three o clock today and if not we will send it again. like, constant games, no integrity, not like talking to actual human beings with common sense. i said you know what at this point after all this, i just want the refund for the item please that you didn't send me. or i need to speak to a manager. they dismissed and send it. i literally happened to see their email in 5 min. i said please i have requested a refund at this point. they ignored again. pushing sales is not ok. i will actually report them for unethical behavior to an appropriate body. this is not just a sales issue. they don't know how to help and in the effort to do so, they violate your consumer rights. maybe they need to be reported for sb to explain to them some things, some basics. i always thought of pyrex as an established trustworthy company. this comes as a huge shock. if you happen to order sth and get it, cool. if contact is needed (and it's been needed for me for all three orders countless emails back and forth. i think for the jug issues it's close to 30 emails. they might be lacking leadership? this stuff off.

  Items ok, a little expensive BUT the packaging was ridiculous! What would have fitted in a jiffy bag was posted in a 2’ x 1’ (55cm x 20cm) approximately cardboard box and my husband had the joy of cutting it up to put it into our limited recycling bin! Please think of the environmental impact your packaging has and pack accordingly.

  All products came with fabrication defects (bubbles, inclusions, scratches). I got a replacement for those with scratches, but not for the others. Compared to other pyrex products I got in physical shops in previous years, it looks like online they sell lower quality. Disappointed.

  I was pleased to see that replacement lids were available. Sorting out the sizes I needed was a bit of a faff. The lids are marked in cm and the measurement is not precise. The bowls are sized in capacity so matching the lids is not straight forward.

  We ordered glass food containers directly from Pyrex as local shops did not have the full range. We had bought bigger glass dishes in the same range and were very happy with them. Pyrex dealt with the order efficiently and delivery was within a few days. The bowls are already in use!

  I personally have ordered from pyrex a couple of times & they always arrive quickly + well packaged. Some of my family have had their pyrex for years and they are still going strong. So I certainly felt that it was worth the investment. Especially, when they're dishwasher safe & there is no coating to flick off & rust!

  I have ordered glass lid for my oval dish. Order was proceeded and deliver very quick. Company try’s to reduce on plastics which was visible with delivery (no bubble wrap).

  I have never see a parcel so well packaged. I was realy impressed. I am also impressed with my loaf dish. I love pyrex, glass as its so easy to clean. No scratches. Just soak in bicarb and soap. Burnt on, just wipes off with a gentle wipe.
