  It was easy to navigate the website and find the item I required before ordering. Delivery was only a few days and the item was securely packaged. The litre jug will be a useful addition to my kitchen equipment and I chose Pyrex based on previous experience of products. I am endeavouring to replace some of my plastic products to reduce the issue of disposal.

  Extremely disappointed with the prep and store bowl. The lid is loose which means it’s not air tight and will not keep the food fresh. I reported this to customer services three weeks ago and they haven’t still addressed the matter to issued a refund. Customer services, is poor to say the least, they keep using the incorrect pronouns to address (despite me telling them), I have asked them to raise a formal complaint twice, they haven’t. It’s just really bad. My advise would be go to shop and test the product before you buy because you won’t get anywhere with Pyrex direct.

  i have found pyrex bowls and dishes to be versatile pieces of equipment in the kitchen. Being glass they are free of microplastics and potential hormone-affecting chemicals and TVOCs. Used sensibly they handle hot and cold material and can be cleaned in a dishwasher. Although not unbreakable- they are tough and durable, and used sensibly should last a very long time.

  It was easy to find what I wanted and order the right product. The dish I ordered was great, and the only reason I haven’t given excellent was the delivery, which was DHL’s fault NOT Pyrex’s.

  Good points: excellent quality products, items arrived speedily and with no breakages because they were very well packed. Could be better: too many products listed but not in stock. I couldn't take advantage of the free postage offer because although I was only a couple of £ short, all the small items I was interested in adding were sold out. The different ranges are rather confusing and it isn't clear which are the newer versions of very similar products.

  It was very easy to place my order, and although I placed at the end of the week it was with us on the Tuesday. We were very impressed with the way the order was packaged, upon opening we examined our products and found a couple of marks that we were unsure of so contacted Pyrex, they asked for photos and got back to us the next day and assured us that all was OK, we received excellent service also excellent value for money.

  I had a problem with my order - two out of the three items had damage/flaws. I struggled to cope with the process for reporting a problem with my order because the system is a bit clunky and not very intuitive - it could do with a sort out - I suspect it is not ideal for the people who work for Pyrex any more than it is for the customers. Eventually Pyrex sent out replacements for the two items but unfortunately one (the jug with a lid) has almost exactly the same spider web type fine crack on the base so I will need to get back in touch about that. I hope this time things will run more smoothly. I didn't need to return the first jug but I think it might be a good idea if Pyrex collected the two jugs because it looks to me as if there may be a problem with that batch of their production run as it looks like an issue with the manufacture process rather than damage in transit - they look like stress fractures during cooling maybe? I am hopeful this can be sorted out but it is not great as an advertisement for their quality control systems.

  As expected, Pyrex is always good for me - useful and of good quality. I like good quality in all things. My order enables a little system whereby I transfer fresh foods from shop plastic containers into glass. The food stays fresh and lasts longer in my fridge......salads, beansprouts etc. Just as I hoped - it works for me. Thank you.

  Make an order for some pyrex dishes. They arrived smashed because they had sent in a box with no packaging/padding. I contacted them and they asked me to try and remove the hundreds of shards of glass embedded in the silicone of the dishes that hadn't smashed, risking injury to myself as well as the possibility of me missing some on a product which is going to contain food. They then replaced and send them again without any packaging.

  Long lasting, practical, brilliant, containers for food. The lids are watertight - don’t leak. I bought these as I already have Pyrex storage which is 20 years old and am unable to replace the lids. The new ones are even better and will “ outlive” me by yonks.

  Pleased with the product, which is very hard to find in the UK. But I was a little disappointed with the delivery. The two bowls arrived in a flimsy cardboard box with minimal packaging. They could easily have been damaged in transit. The box was wet too and hence weakened further.

  The website was easy to use. The product is great as you can cook and store in the same container. The rubber sealant is a great addition. It would be nice to be able to collect the order from a pick-up point as many people work Monday-Friday/9 till 17 and are not able to wait for delivery at home.

  My order arrived promptly. However the plastic lid for the cook and freeze glass dish was damaged. I contacted customer services with photos and they said a replacement lid will be sent. After nearly two weeks I am still waiting. I have chased customer services who are unable to tell me when the replacement item will be sent.

  Have been using Pyrex for over 50 years. Finally had to replace. Bought 2 rectangular sets with silicon seals. These are easy to remove and replace for storage. Love my new dishes.

  The package was obscene and wasteful. I ordered three small plastic lids which would fit in an envelope but instead a huge 2ft by 1ft box received with the lids taped to one side. The courier (DPD) took no notice of my delivery instructions and left them with an unknown neighbour but no note left only a photo of it on a doorstep and a message saying I had signed for it which was not possible!! I ended up walking around my neighbourhood until I located it from the photograph! Disgraceful!!!

  i bought 6 15cm square plastic lids, which, if sensibly packaged, would go through my letterbox. Instead, they arrived in a massive cardboard box full of air. This also meant I had to be at home to receive it. What a waste!!!
