  The site was a little difficult to navigate but we got there in the end! The 1litre jugs with microwave safe lids arrived quickly and were beautifully packaged for extra safety (I bought 2, one for my elderly father who accidentally broke his previous one)

  Customer service is poor. I have been trying to send a refund and have followed the link but it does not supply an address. On emailing to ask where to send the items I keep being redirected to the refund request link (which you can’t do again once completed and no address is available). No telephone either. Overall a poor service and still waiting a response so I can find where to return the items.

  The Pyrex products are excellent hence the variety of the order. I was disappointed with the round pizza tray as some deformation could be seen in two places. Fortunately the coating was not compromised so did not make an issue of it.

  Despite entering an address for delivery on the on line form this was not followed it was sent to the billing address. On complaining another order was sent to the requested address. 2 x 15cm lids in a box 45cm x 30cm x 12cm. Extremely large for what was inside. And this happened twice!! Environment suicide. Packaging is meant to be reduced! On line forms are supposed to reduce errors. This whole order has been a disaster for 2 small replacement lids

  Lids as expected and a good fit. Only affordable as free p&p offer. Delivered a lot earlier than tracking advised! Two smallish lids delivered in a box and packaging that could have probably accommodated nearer 200 lids! Total waste of a strong cardboard box.

  Used Pyrex for years and always found you cannot replace its quality. Unfortunately I had not put 2 dishes back in the cupboard properly so they broke on hitting the ground very sad really as they were over 40 years old and white with yellow flowers and glass lids, and no longer available.

  The product maybe good but customer service is non existent. I would rather 0 if I could. I did not receive part of my order. No customer service telephone number only email. I emailed the issue, email notifying me of my complaint. 4 days later still no reply. Another query logged relating to initial. Compliant quoting reference number. I sent Pyrex a message on Facebook awaiting reply. The item on order from their webpage was cheaper on Amazon by 25%. Make your own mind up before ordering

  I bought 12 Pyrex glass dishes with steam lids. They are the perfect size to put lunches in to heat up in a microwave at work. The glass is strong and the lids fit tightly so that nothing spills out when carrying them in a bag.The quality is obvious compared to other makesand am pleased with the speed of the delivery directly from Pyrex as well as the excellent packing that they came in with special boxes with cardboard sleeves to protect the glass.Highly recommended to others.

  Very poor customer service/care I contacted Pyrex via there message system that asks you to only message once and wait a reply last Thursday as only received half my order that I have paid for and no response to acknowledge or apologise for this which I am still awaiting a reply for to find out what has happened to my missing items!

  This was my 2nd order with them. The first was OK but this one arrived with one damaged item and one missing item. The company initially refused to accept responsibility for the damaged item until I threated them with Trading Standards. They then sent me a list of proof they required that I bought the damaged item from them which I have just sent. Still waiting to hear whether they will refund me or replace the damaged item and send me the missing one. Very bad customer service. Doubtful I will buy from them again and would not recommend them.

  Was watching this 0.8l pyrex lid for a while now. Free shipping closed the deal. Their shipping packages are designed for large items so receiving a letter size item in a huge box 📦 was a bit of meme situation. Anyway, happy with my purchase!

  These are brilliant. Thick quality baking trays. Made from a healthy and sustainable material. My dad was diagnosed with blood cancer and has yo avoid use of all metals when cooking. These are perfect. I even snapped up some for myself. Everywhere else had sold out, perfectly packaged.

  I ordered Directly from the Pyrex Website, but items were missing on the delivery. Their customer service has no phone number, and you must open a case via a form on the webpage. Responses are slow, and there is lots of back-and-forth with a delay each time. Six days after delivery, and no outcome on the missing items!

  I ordered an 15cm square plastic lid to replace a damaged one. I commented on the extremely expensive postage charges so they were reduced as a jesture of goodwill which I was more than happy about. Excellent service so thank you Pyrex.
