However, the customer support team was incredibly kind, professional and proactive in resolving the situation. A special thank you to Matthieu, who personally assisted me from start to finish and made sure everything was sorted out quickly. The replacement glass dishes were delivered in an incredibly short time. This is a truly serious and reliable company that genuinely cares about its customers. Other than this glitch, I am very pleased with the quality of the dishes I received and the fact that I won't be microwaving in plastic anymore!

Verified reviewI have Pyrex containers for years, with plastic lids. Looking for glass plastic less lid, thought it would be good. Unfortunately the glass lid with silicon cover actually loosely sits over the container, not at all securely sealed. So not safe for storage. So after buying them I had to order again plastic lids to make them work as a proper storage container, as my old plastic ones. Glass lids are useless for functional purposes, not sure what to do with them now.
