  The website was easy to use. The product is great as you can cook and store in the same container. The rubber sealant is a great addition. It would be nice to be able to collect the order from a pick-up point as many people work Monday-Friday/9 till 17 and are not able to wait for delivery at home.

  My order arrived promptly. However the plastic lid for the cook and freeze glass dish was damaged. I contacted customer services with photos and they said a replacement lid will be sent. After nearly two weeks I am still waiting. I have chased customer services who are unable to tell me when the replacement item will be sent.

  In the past, we used a lot of plastic containers that stained over time. Very happy with the Pyrex glass system. Plastic containers now used in the workshop.

  Order was handled well, use of plastic for packaging was reduced, but packing was sufficient to survive some particularly rough handling by the courier (one corner of the box completely crushed, but order was still OK).

  Have been using Pyrex for over 50 years. Finally had to replace. Bought 2 rectangular sets with silicon seals. These are easy to remove and replace for storage. Love my new dishes.

  I always thought of Pyrex as very high quality, but the bowls have air bubbles in them. Not sure if these will propagate into cracks when used in microwaves or high/low temps?

  The package was obscene and wasteful. I ordered three small plastic lids which would fit in an envelope but instead a huge 2ft by 1ft box received with the lids taped to one side. The courier (DPD) took no notice of my delivery instructions and left them with an unknown neighbour but no note left only a photo of it on a doorstep and a message saying I had signed for it which was not possible!! I ended up walking around my neighbourhood until I located it from the photograph! Disgraceful!!!

  i bought 6 15cm square plastic lids, which, if sensibly packaged, would go through my letterbox. Instead, they arrived in a massive cardboard box full of air. This also meant I had to be at home to receive it. What a waste!!!

  I still have 3 pyrex casseroles bought by my late wife when me married in 1976 - these items will probably survive both of us so bought this item for use in my air fryer WITHOUT THE LID of course :)

  Satisfied with replacement lids by the packaging, oh my! This item would have fitted through the letter box but arrived in a box big enough for an office printer. Come on Pyrex - unnecessary. Hence 2 stars.

  I wanted some replacement lids for my small pyrex containers. I got what I wanted but not in the original colours (i.e. baby blue and baby pink). Not to worry, the peacock green lids do the job.
