I ordered the Saucony Endorphin Pro 3, and was a bit worried if this was going to work. I did not receive conformation of the order, only that I ordered the shoes was visible in my account. For some days no status changed but suddenly things were on the move. I ordered at a Sunday and Friday it was delivered. So on the communication side of things a bit vague, but the it arrived and at a whole lot lower price than other shops (EUR 259,- vs EUR 189,0!). I will order there again.

Delivery is from Spain so transport time is nearer a week than days as we normally expect, also just note cost of carriage. Saying all that the service is as expected and I could get items unavailable in the UK from other retailers.

This is a great company to Order from. Products Are a Great price and a great amount to choose from. . Even with the delivery cost my trainers were cheaper here. Delivery was not too long and my products were packaged well.

We have therefore investigated and forwarded your case to our shipping department. A refund has not yet been processed, as a package is often found and then delivered. hello thanks for the feedback. I also called and spoke to the delivery company. their delivery driver dropped my package at number 21, which are the neighbours. I went to Mrs. she has no package and she claims that no delivery person came by. that's the story a bit. well I've been waiting 2 weeks or more. I keep waiting no problem. I would like my money back or my package. This will be my last time buying anything from you. because you are also difficult to reach. you respond very late. Have a nice day
