Rather disappointed that i had to use a friends address to order, your website would not recognise my address as i do not have a house number.   The Thalgo website makes it very easy to find what you’re looking for or to just browse around. The ordering process is very simple. There isn’t a lot of detail on products but the perfect amount so you know what you’re buying.

  Excellent Customer Service. Ordered online and within 20 minutes I received a call and email advising that some of the items were out of stock and refunded these items immediately. Lovely to deal with. I do find the website sometimes difficult to navigate as some links for the products jump to somewhere else and newer products advertised on the Facebook page, I can’t find on the website. However, I get the chance to look at different products.
