I paid extra for express delivery but got the standard delivery service - my order wasn't dispatched for 2 days, then sat in the parcel centre in Spain for 2 days, then took 2 days to arrive in the UK before going out for delivery a full week after I placed the order. Very warm boots, I'm happy with that since it's snowing now and I get cold feet easily. I do find the area around the ankle a bit too wide, even after trying to tighten it with the laces (I can't tie it too tight, otherwise the zipper won't close) . Because of this, the top part of the boots sink in a bit and it doesn't look nice and straight anymore and the sturdy bit on the heel fold a bit to the inside within a bit uncomfortable. But besides that, I'm still very happy with it.
