The delivery was slightly slower than some, I had not realised the shipment was coming from Spain (via Netherlands for some reason). The tracking was a bit confusing; the shoes arrived while the tracking said it was still in Holland.

It is too much hassle to return and rebuy this. I have recycled the box and will wrap the top in some nice tissue paper. I shouldn't have to do this, but an easier compromise solution than having to arrange the above. Thank you for trying to fix, maybe for next customer just check the state of the box before dispatch. No problem with the order (and no hidden import charges) post-Brexit, despite importing into the UK. Package came as per the estimated duration (I chose the royal mail option), and the track package facility was informative, regularly updated and excellent, assuaging my concerns after reading other reviews. I was contacted by a humbug company proposed to be PostNord, that mailed: "Your package had a wrong address so we have to send it again, charging me for the extra distribution trip. In their mail there was a package Id number. I also received an invoice of USD 230:- to be paid. I checked with PostNord and they didn´t know about the package Id number, that didn´t meet their package number format. I was recommended to contact my bank, so I blocked up two of my credit cards, to be safe. Anyhow, my purchased product (a marine binocular) was received at my home adress on October 7, OK, thanks!

Great item, very pleased with it! Only thing is, I ordered a Jetboil canister stabilizer which weighs about 28 grams with an original package that measures 8x8 cm's. The actual shipped package however, which was a plastic bag with lots of air, measured 60x40cm. I believe there's a beter way of shipping small items than the current one Trekinn used.

Hi, thanks the shoes are great, but at the end of the card payment process completion stage, an extra page came up telling me of monthly savings of around 16 euro if I sign up, giving my email and card details, But when I read the smaller print this supposed saving money deal, actually costs 15 euro a month after the first sign up phase, Thats a rip off scam, trying to trick people, I did not like that at all, and lowered my faith in your website,
