  The staff at Hom are so efficient and pleasant also. I was delighted with that part of the service. However Hom has problems with its supply chain. My order was stolen and this was an ongoing problem for you. Stock was not then available to fulfil all my order. I'm surprised you didn't give me the remaining article available for free!

  Really bad customer service. Twice now items have not been available after I have ordered them. They just send you an email telling you the item you ordered is in fact out of stock, they do not ask you if you would like an alternative! After emailing them to request an alternative they said it was too late as the package had been sent with the ordered items that were actually in stock. With another order the same happened and they simply didn't answer my emails, I had to contact via facebook and that took 2 days. I like the underwear, but had to reorder as the sizes are much too small, they seem to be 2 sizes smaller than regular underwear! I am normally small/medium but with Hom I now buy large!

  HOM undergarments & underwear is is as good today as it always has been in days gone by. What do I say: Be good and treat yourself to a great bum deal. HOM underwear is simply the best in terms of quality and value for money. This is notwithstanding the excellent customer service from HOM. Recommended french excellence.

  Half of my order was missing on arrival (possibly stolen during transit) and I am awaiting a response from customer service to find out what can/will be done about this. Excluding this quite significant problem I am otherwise mostly satisfied with HOM.

  My parcel: 11536844935164 should have been delivered on Saturday 25th May but for whatever reason it was not. On the DPD Apps it said that I was not home and showing a picture of the entrance of my close, which is far away from my house. FYI I was home the whole day Saturday and anyway I had asked for the parcel to be left on my front porch. I then called DPD which said that they will arrange for delivery the next day. On Sunday evening my DPD Apps was showing the following message: "Your parcel has been delayed due to an unexpected issue in your area!!!. Now the delivery is estimated at tomorrow, Tuesday, were I won't be at home. It is the first time it happens, normally parcels are left under my front porch, without any problems or delay.
