  Easy website to navigate, placing the order was simple. Two points - first the sizing as shown caused a bit of head scratching as it doesn't quite follow UK sizes (although the label in the item does!) and secondly selecting the postage option was not clear for me. However it worked very well and the packaging is very good.

  A few weeks ago, I left a poor review as the e-commerce cart functionality decided that I wasn’t able to be fit from free shipping to Italy. It took over a week to fix this, during which time a key item I wanted to order went out of stock. The order I’m reviewing now didn’t happen either. I’ve only been able to process payments using PayPal to date. This time, I really needed to use a specific credit card (it has credit on it). Whilst the payment was approved by my card provider, I needed to authorise the payment by secure code. This took too long for the payment gateway and the order was cancelled. Too long, by the way, was less than 20 seconds. I’m so tired of using a flimsy e-commerce site and getting half-hearted tired replies from customer service. I’ve given them my number to call me to process the order but the only thing they’ve done is contact their web developer again. Imagine going in to a shop, finding that the till didn’t work for you and then being asked to go to the back of the queue whilst they attempt to serve everyone else. This is what using the uk.hom.con site feels like.

  Item as ordered and on time. Pleased with free delivery also but, I haven’t ordered more because I wanted to try next size up and then buy more of ones that fitted best. Although my bulk order would gain free delivery, to try one more pair would not. to pay over £11 shipping to try this out means I will probably hold off for a while and look around. Could be something to look at in the future as briefs are difficult to get right.

  The website is atrocious. I had to input my details and order 6 times before it accepted them. It would not accept the discount code: then it rejected my credit card: then it doubled the order quantities: finally I had to use my wife's tablet to put the order through. Also there is too much French. And once the order is made, we get far too much unwanted advertising whenever we log on to email. Delivery however was fairly prompt and the product itself is good.
