  You made this so easy. The receiver was already set up to alert me. I just tied the eye part to a post and pointed it in the right direction. Customer services were really helpful regarding the width of the beam (20 degrees), so the cars in the Lane alongside the eye didn’t set it off accidentally. Perfect, instant success.   I’ve read the operation instructions cover to cover multiple times unless I’ve received a pup I can honestly say the security post locking arrangement must be the worst mechanical design possible. Absolutely frustrating and unworkable system possible nobody will ever convince me to recommend this security post.

  Good morning Sir. Many thanks for taking the time to publish a review, and we are sorry that you are experiencing difficulty with the telescopic post. We have sold many of these posts with this locking mechanism and we normally receive comments with how simple and easy to use the post and lock are as opposed to unworkable. Once you lift the post upwards, the handle should be push back to engage a securing pin to ensure the post stays in the upright position. The lock is then simply pressed down to secure the post into place. The keys are not needed to lock the post in position, the keys are only used to unlock and subsequently lower the post.   Hi Stuart Thanks for getting back to me, generally the key function isn’t the problem, when the post is lowered the mechanism to lock the post in the lowered position doesn’t engage.

  Good afternoon Sir. many thanks for your reply. To secure the post in the down position, you would need to follow the same process by pushing the handle away from the lock, this pushes the securing pin into position, the lock should simply push down to secure. Many thanks for your review and sharing your feedback The entry delay on the PIR is 5 seconds and the sirens is 15 seconds, which should give you enough time to deactivate the system should you have forgotten to disarm before entering, but it does seem a while when you are waiting /timing etc. We do appreciate customer feedback and try to use this information to further improve our products moving forward.   The intercom systems work perfectly. They are well made. The only quibble is that one of the intercoms is in a bedroom and the green flashing light is very obtrusive at night and is difficult to mask off. Otherwise exactly what we wanted.

  Discussed the buildings that required protection with a very helpful and patient gentleman. Purchased two BT Contact/PIR systems which arrived very quickly and were already configured. Installation was straightforward after a bit of thought. I replaced the magnet supplied with one door contact for a rare earth magnet so that I could mount it across a large gap. The low cost of the components means that many devices can be installed to protect complex structures at a reasonable cost. The door contact siren is bearable whereas that in the PIR unit is distinctly unpleasant and I would recommend including one of them even if only used to provide an additional siren. I thoroughly recommend these units and this firm.

  I purchased 3 Power Failure torch/ Emergency Lights for my holiday let flats. Ordering was easy and they were delivered with in a few days. We turn the night light and motion sensor off so it is only an emergency power fail light. Ideal for use in a holiday let to meet new fire regulations. Light is plenty bright enough for the purpose and can be turned into a torch. No annoying green light like some emergency lights when charging which is good. I would recommend this emergency light to other holiday flat hosts and to the the general public.

I can see from the order details that you had the DA600 door alert with flashing strobe system, and although the receiver does have adjustable volume, it may not be loud enough in a noisy environment but it would be possible to connect a buzzer or siren to the receiver (similar to the flashing strobe).   Help before I bought the product was superb. The product itself is fantastic and does what I hoped it woild do. However the written instructions that came with it, could be improved. The writing was too small so very hard to read. Also there was a sheet wth another unrelated product that confused me. I had a little trouble setting up the alarm and understanding it so phoned for help. The pjone wasn't answered and after a day or two I got a personal email with detailed instructions.which I followed successfully. I was hopo g for a phone call but it didn't happen.

  Garage alarm, with repeater. Reasonably okay for the price, But… PIR sensor only works for up to 2m, so had no option other than to install covering the doorway -shed is 5m x 5 m. Assembly sketches don’t reflect the actual appearance of the step main bits of kit. As a result it took me some time to figure out that the pieces had to be paired… locating the pairing buttons was a pain, but got there in the end. Would have expected better for the money.

  We bought 3 simple gate alarms with receiver's . Very simple to install , 6 screws ( although only 4 screws in each pack) Fix to gate and post and plug in receiver. Order arrived quickly and we feel much more secure now they are all fitted. We highly recommend.

  Ordered two wireless sensors from them and arrived two days later. In run up to Xmas, I was impressed particularly since the forecast delivery time was much longer. I have used them several times and always been happy with service. They even rang me up once to check that I’d ordered the right thing given that it wasn’t compatible with something else I’d ordered from them previously.

  I was very pleased with the parking post. The product is well made and reasonably priced. The process of ordering was straightforward and delivery prompt.
