  Dear Customer Thank you for the review, we always try our best to be as honest as possible with all of our products, this product was clearly labelled up by the manufacturer as 130 Decibels, which is why we stated the same. Due to your review, we have tested one and our tests averaged 155 Decibel with a maximum of 120 Decibels. We do know many APP's testing sound levels can vary by as much as 10 - 15%, we have changed the specification on the website now to 120 Decibel. Thank you for the feedback Regards Mark

  Just been out to my alarm going off got to my still lock shed to find the alarm still going although nothing triggering it so I have moved anything that could have triggered it was no cobwebs no spiders that could have possibly set it off I then re arm the alarm lock the door and go to walk away and it goes off again any possible reason for this or is it fault along with the alarm volume ?

  PIR & Remote Control Alarm System With Two Sirens. I will start with the downside: I had to order on the UK site, have it shipped to a family member and posted to Italy due to the extortionate delivery chares and poor exchange rate making my order nearly fifty pounds more expensive on the EU website. The plus easily out weighs the above as delivery was quick and the items well packed with batteries included in two of the units, the Solar powered siren did not include batteries as you have a choice of NiCad or Alkaline. The units were pre synchronised so all I had to do was install the PIR and remote alarm in my shed and the and the solar alarm on an outside wall then test it all. Everything worked first time. The alarm in the PIR and the internal remote operate 5 seconds apart and the external alarm after a further 15 seconds which hopefully, will frustrate the opportunist thief. The external alarm has an anti-tamper switch which will activate the whole system if the unit is opened so even if a thief removes the batteries to silence the external alarm the internal remote alarm continues to sound. Overall a well priced comprehensive deterrent system that is easy to use with a simple two button remote control `on or off'.

  Customer service second to none in my opinion. Helped me with what i needed, alarm and cctv system. Delivered next day by courier who texed me with a 1 hour delivery window so no waiting in all day. After fitting alarm which was very easy i needed assistance with the different zones, contacted them gave them the alarm sim number and they did it all for me. I couldn't wish for a better service.   I needed to find a replacement wireless burglar alarm which wasn't too expensive to purchase and to operate. I came across the Ultra Secure Direct website and found it was easy to browse through the products, checking what each base system provided and what could be added to them. Having decided what to buy it was pretty painless to register for an account and then to order what I needed. I was able to pay by credit card and two days later a well packed parcel arrived well in time for me to install the system at the weekend. With the additional instructions supplied by Ultra Secure Direct I found it was easy to install. I had a minor technical problem that I emailed Ultra Secure Direct about and they were very quick to respond and resolve the matter. When I have clocked a few hours up on this new system I will no doubt consider expanding it.

  Comprehensive selection of Fold Down Parking Posts available via the web site and very good images of post(s) in a variety of positions. Simple to place order, but need to take care when ordering additional (same) keys. This 900mm high, 76mm diameter post looks to be very robust and secure. My only (minor) criticism is that the standard bolts included looked under specified for this weight of post so I have used longer and better quality bolts to secure it to the ground.

  The Ultrasecuredirect website if full of security devices etc. for various locations. Each item is fully described in detail and the range of items seems to grow weekly. The instructions that come with each item are comprehensive but if there is still a problem, which I doubt, a phone or email support is available. I have purchased quite a few items from them and am very pleased with all of them.

  I was after a decent value intercom for my driveway gates. This is a good website with generally clear information on items and competitive prices. I did find a fair bit of clicking around necessary to get detailed information though and could have benefited from more accessories (power supply drivers not old tech plug in power supplies) but the service was excellent with next day delivery - fantastic!

  The alarm arrived quickly, was well-packaged and contained full instructions which were easy to follow. The alarm was tested as per the instructions and is now monitoring the washing-machine area. Good service & a good product.
