    Still have not received my order. I was unable to place order on internet then had to ring several times before getting thru to place my order and am still awaiting delivery - no updates from vivaform to say it's even on the way. So far, not a great experience.

    After waiting quite some time for my order to arrive I eventually rang Vivaform to see what was going on. I was told that my payment had been refunded. It would have been much better if only Vivaforrm had informed me of this with an Email instead of learning about it after I rang them to see where my order was. |Not very good Customer Service wouldn't you say?????

    Very bad. Ordered March 18. Tried paying twice. My bank stopped pymt as they kept getting "suspect fraud". Sent cheque April 14. Order delivered April 23rd. had the same trouble Xmas. Very bad service. Get your act together. Will think twice about ordering again, Unless of course I pay by cheque (correct spelling-not check as you typed) and I order at least 3 months prior for delivery.

    I do not want my order now. Thank you. My bank fraud department stopped the payment because they did not recognise the name of Domoti. This happens every time I make an order from you. After sorting this out with the bank I tried phoning you to sort it out with you. But all I got all day was the same old message. You did NOT PHONE ME BACK. So after all these years with you I feel very disappointed with the treatment I received from you. So now you have lost a customer. I won't be buying from you again. Good bye.

    This is one of the worst Companies that I have dealt with! Rude & Unhelpful Staff. Apparently my item was delivered and signed for. I had to ring on 3 consecutive days to get the declaration form to sign that I had not received the item. I was then told on the third day that item is STILL with the delivery company. However, the Agent refused to expand on this information. Most importantly, I spoke to 3 different customer service agents who were ALL very rude, unhelpful and unwilling to engage or answer questions.One of the Agents got defensive when I asked her where they are based. I was wondering if I was dealing with a legitimate Company. As a customer this behaviour by the customer service agents is unacceptable. The company needs to find suitable Staff. They also failed to put me through to the Supervisor. I do not think that this is suitable conduct for a Company operating in the UK.

    With all due respect! I´ts A Call Centers. we receive calls from our customers and the public in general. As we were investigating where your order had been sent to, your excessive questioning about the company´s name and whereabouts, did not go well. IT´S PERCEIVED THAT AS YOU RECEIVE CATALOGUES, YOU´LL KNOW THE DETAILS FOR OUR COMPANY & Address. Your refund´s on its way to you. Hope this satisfies your queries.

    I also sent a letter of complaint by recorded delivery to Vivaform 3 weeks ago. I have neither received a holding letter nor a response. It also cost me £30 to ring your 0844 number. I am still waiting for my refund 2 weeks after credit note was issued on 05 Feb 19. Vivaform’s delay of my refund is unacceptable.
