  Found VP to be difficult in discussing holiday cancellation due to last minute Covid related changes introduced by government. Our choices were: a) Go on holiday and risk having to leave an 87 year old dependent home alone over Christmas. b) Don’t go on holiday and lose full payment as our flex cover had an 8 day deadline to cancel. On the 8th day we were still going on holiday as there were no restrictions that would have put our hioliday in doubt. However, 3 days later, the government introduced additional restrictions that put our retiurn date in doubt, and meant that the wellbeing of our elderly relative would not be guaranteed leading up to and over Christmas.

  I have booked two trips with you One to st moritiz Switzerland on arrival they could not find our booking !! One current one to be taken in may to the Grand Prix in Barcelona ticket and hotel no flight as I will already be there Havant yet recieved any info on which hotel I will be staying and unindated with emails for flight details even though I have phoned twice to say I will not be flying and only booked ticket and hotel Rediculous so prob won’t use you again

  The website is very easy to use The hotel offering which we chose was excellent - first class staff, food and the room although not large was very comfortable and warm. It was a pity the weather was less inviting. I would have no difficulty in using this website again.

  A dedicated and responsive query service is needed that is easy to use when considering a booking. The flights need to be more open about extra costs of baggage. Whilst low cost and short trip airlines have a bare price without baggage, you would expect long haul large planes to I crude baggage prici g.

  The only thing I can pick up on is that the single occupancy is often near the 2 person price. I know that you source from other companies and probably have little control over this. But I look elsewhere to get my best holiday. I can honestly say that I recommend you all the time as going the extra mile to make a holiday magical and would definitely say you are my go to site for holidays.

  We have nothing but praise for this company. It is great value for money and we have benefitted hugely. They may be still expensive holidays but the rooms are always upgraded from basic and the staff in the hotels and restaurants have always treated us with respect and fairness even though we are on "a deal".

  I looked at the deal a few times and found that the price fluctuated from one visit to the next, which was a bit annoying. I eventually booked it at one price and then went in a few hours later to show somebody else and found that the price had come back down again!

  I used the Voyage Privé app for my booking, and as a whole I think it is a very good app and very easy to use. I encountered some problems when I was on the 'Quotation' part of the app. Near the top it stated my total accommodation price and the booking fee, but when I scrolled to the bottom of the page, even though I hadn't added any additional extras, I was quoted a price around £80 more. I didn't understand what this cost was for so I wanted to call to ask. The number at the bottom of the page is a premium 0871 number, costing 13p per minute. Given I was asking about why I was being charged extra I did not also want to pay to call customer services. I inputted the premium phone number into the 'SayNoTo0870' website to get a free number to call, this number turned out to be their emergency line for people abroad (I wasn't aware of this at the time when I called). The lady that picked up told me that this was the case and that I would have to call the premium number to get my question answered. I was particularly annoyed by this as it doesn't seem right to me that I would have to pay to have this question answered. I then direct messaged the Voyage Privé twitter page in the hope that I may get a quick response there, but unfortunately I did not. I then worked out that the additional cost did seem to equal 20% of the total cost + booking fee, implying that it pay have been VAT? I went ahead and booked this trip, as I really wanted to stay at this particular hotel, but since then I have noticed that not all bookings include this 20% increase on the quotation page (I'm currently looking into staying in a London hotel the night before my trip and the total accommodation cost + booking fee equals the the price at the bottom of the page). I am now very confused by how this total cost is calculated, given that it isn't consistent across all bookings. Therefore, I think it would make the user experience far better if additional costs are clearly stated and reasons why, but if this is not possible then a free customer services phone number should be available.

  Good site if you are based in the South. Prices shoot up quite a bit if you want to fly from regional Airports. Plus they stick a service charge on at the end. All considered, there are some decent Holidays. Good luck looking.

  I had to book by phone as there was a problem with the website. I was booking a holiday with two adults and a child. I selected two adults and one child aged 11 for the number of people going. The accommodation meant the child went free. But when I selected flights, it only showed flights for the two adults. Also, it suggested the flight - a direct flght from Marrakech to London would leave Friday 19.40 and arrive Saturday 23.10 (over 24 hours). When I noticed both these programming glitches, I picked up the phone, which was answered quickly and helpfully.

  So disappointed with my recent experience . I have used VP on a number of previous occassions and have found them excellent. However recently having booked flight times for Rome I was informed that I would have to wait for confirmation. When confirmation came through the flight times had changed and were not what we had booked. Voyage Prive refused to accept that the time on the confirmation were not the times we had booked

  The advertized prices are above the hotel website price! Once you make a reservation you can not change or cancel for any reason. I will not recommend your company. It is false advertising!

  Latest booking was absolutely fine and staff were helpful so 9-10 BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On an existing complaint 0 as customer service has been abysmal!!!!

  It says pay deposit now and you took the whole amount for the holiday. Tried to add extra days to the booking still have not heard anything back and you can not contact anyone in person to chat too. After-sales service is not good. I do hope if we have any issues on the holidays your service will be a lot better. Can someone please phone me regarding my booking ?
