However, we are aware of the return costs and continually reflect on them, but we have decided to charge for returns to avoid excessive returns and thus reduce transport and environmental impacts. Free returns are only offered if an incorrect, defective, incomplete or different item from what is published on our website has been delivered. As the volume of returns is a lot lower than those of shipments and have to be returned to Spain we cannot get any better tariffs from the shipping companies.
