  Hice un pedido, y lo recibí sin problema, pero unas vez puestas las gafas no quedaban como yo pensaba, así que las he devuelto y me han abonado el importe incluso con los gastos que pagué para el envío. La devolución sí ha corrido de mi cuenta y ha sido cara, pero eso ya lo sabía cuando hice el pedido. Por mi parte, contenta porque han sido muy formales tanto para en envío como para la devolución. Espero que la próxima vez vaya bien porque las gafas eran bastantes más baratas que en las ópticas. Muchas gracias.

  After placing my order from the US shipping was within 24 hrs and was in the US in 2 days. There was a small delay at customs due to paperwork but it was not on the sellers end, they did provide all paperwork for my package to arrive on time. I also called customer service with my concern of package being held at customs and they were super nice and helpful. Product was received as described, I am very happy. I do recommend Visiofactory without no doubt. I will be purchasing from them again 10 out of 10.

  Order a sunglasses some time ago. Delivery was good, unfortunately the glasses were to small for so I had to return them. Send the package back to the address that was on the return form. After several attempts to deliver the package the package returned to me and the original glasses where stolen... Never will order again, since when you want to return the glasses you have the risk that your return package will be stolen and Visiofactory will do nothing for you!

  I ordered Ray-Ban Wayfarer sunglasses with prescription lenses with prescription from optician. After maybe a week I received the glasses. Perfect frame, super comfortable. However the lenses didn’t feel as expected. Blurred vision, headache and not feeling well with them. After 2 days I take the glasses to 2 optics to test them. Both results were the same, the lenses weren’t made with the prescription that I ordered them. After email from me to their customer service we agreed to send the glasses back. The return of course was on my expense, it doesn’t matter that it was visiofactory’s fault and that was the reason for the returning of the glasses. After they received the glasses I decided to check them and see with what prescription they going to make the lenses. For my surprise one of their opticians confirmed to me that lenses are going to be made AGAIN with the same wrong prescription. Several emails back and forth and finally they understand that I want the glasses with prescription attached when I made the order. More than a month after I ordered and paid the glasses they finally arrived with the correct lenses. However, they forgot to say at least sorry for the inconvenience and the trouble and that I have to pay for return because of their mistake. To compensate the correct lenses this time the frame is not feeling like all the Wayfarer’s that I have before and even the received Wayfarer with the wrong lenses. The temples are not with the curves of the Wayfarer these are almost straight. The hinges are loose… I’m very surprised with the frame of the sunglasses and not in a good way.

  Extremely satisfied! I bought authentic Ray-Ban sunglasses from VisioFactory at a much lower price than anywhere else. Creating an account with VisioFactory before placing an order allows you to log in after placing the order to obtain a parcel tracking number, giving you peace of mind regarding the shipment status of the order. Shipment to Malta was handled by DHL Express and I received my glasses without any hassle within 2 business days. The shipping cost was reasonable and I did not incur any further import duty or VAT charges upon delivery since the transaction was between two EU countries. I would gladly order from VisioFactory again.

  Excellent service. Easy to navigate site and easy to browse through the models. I was a bit concerned about how accurate the prescription lenses I ordered would be and for the fitting to the sunglasses I bought together, but it turned to be a very good job. My only comment is that one of the temple pieces was loose, and I had to tighten it myself. I believe things like that should be checked before shipping.

  I recently purchased a pair of Dior glasses, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Shipping was incredibly fast and very well-organized. The glasses are absolutely stunning and exactly what I was looking for. Do note that if you’re in Canada, you might have to pay taxes upon delivery, but the overall experience is definitely worth it. Highly recommended!
