  Where people work, mistakes can happen. It did happen with my order of a pair of varifocal dlasses. This is when you learn if you’re dealing with serious people. The mistake was taken care of swiftly and with no discussions. I highly recommend VISIOFACTORY as a competent, serious and honest online shop. I am a happy customer and will go back to VISIOFACTORY if and when I need a new pair of glasses.

  I ordered some sun glasses, delivery was quick but one side of the frames was crooked. Customer service was good, I could send them back and added some prescription sun glasses and it was sent back very quickly. Over all I am very happy with my purchase and Visiofactory. I will return.

  The shipping team sent my glasses through a wrong service (national vs international, I guess), so they had to get the glasses back and re-send them again. Altogether the delay was about +10 days, not critical indeed, but then the customer service attention was neither very kind or very clear on the incident cause or the resolution time.
