Verified reviewConcern Regarding Order Delivery and Refund Process Dear, I hope this message finds you well. I understand that my order was being shipped from overseas. On Friday, I received an email stating that the order had been successfully delivered. As I was home the entire day, I immediately checked outside and in the mailbox but found no delivery. I promptly responded to the email, explaining that no delivery had taken place. I received a reply indicating that the courier had encountered an issue with my address, which is why the delivery could not be made. However, I am confused as to why I initially received an email confirming that the order had been delivered. Despite my follow-up asking for clarification regarding the address issue, especially since my contact information was provided, I received the same response. Later, I received another email stating that once the package reaches our warehouse and is inspected by your quality team, the refund process will begin. What I find difficult to understand is why, when there was no delivery in the first place, I am required to wait for a process between you and the courier to resolve. This situation is not due to a return of the product but because the order was never delivered. In my last email, I expressed these concerns, and the response I received felt quite authoritative, stating, "You will receive the refund once we receive the package." Given the circumstances, this has not been a pleasant experience for me. I would appreciate any clarification on this matter and hope we can resolve it swiftly. Thank you for your understanding. Opening a return request does not always mean that you want to return the product. It also means that you want to complain about some problems related to the order you received.
