    Concern Regarding Order Delivery and Refund Process Dear, I hope this message finds you well. I understand that my order was being shipped from overseas. On Friday, I received an email stating that the order had been successfully delivered. As I was home the entire day, I immediately checked outside and in the mailbox but found no delivery. I promptly responded to the email, explaining that no delivery had taken place. I received a reply indicating that the courier had encountered an issue with my address, which is why the delivery could not be made. However, I am confused as to why I initially received an email confirming that the order had been delivered. Despite my follow-up asking for clarification regarding the address issue, especially since my contact information was provided, I received the same response. Later, I received another email stating that once the package reaches our warehouse and is inspected by your quality team, the refund process will begin. What I find difficult to understand is why, when there was no delivery in the first place, I am required to wait for a process between you and the courier to resolve. This situation is not due to a return of the product but because the order was never delivered. In my last email, I expressed these concerns, and the response I received felt quite authoritative, stating, "You will receive the refund once we receive the package." Given the circumstances, this has not been a pleasant experience for me. I would appreciate any clarification on this matter and hope we can resolve it swiftly. Thank you for your understanding.     This site gives no option to return the item as I needed a different size. Realised after the fact that this site won't take back items unsealed, even with the tags on, and return delivery is extortionate. Disappointed

    Very good price and service and buying experience. It’s a shame that it is better value to buy a product and ship it halfway across Europe than to buy it in the UK but this goes to show what good value DressInn is.
