Thank you for your reply unfortunately just been advised won’t be refunded even not my fault so took this out with my bank and fraud team . I don’t understand how is my fault that received empty box. I had to take the delivery in how do I supposed to know what is in the packaging. It’s not the customer service is about you are the seller but I am the one out of pocket!
