Verified reviewOverall, I'm happy with the transaction. It was easy to order and general communication was good. I'd probably give 4.5 stars as the one area they could pick up is when the parcel leaves their country. Communication stops at the point and I couldn't track it so it felt like an age to arrive. It was as expected and well packed though so happy and would use again.

Verified reviewAbsolutely appalling customer service. whilst they might have had my item for cheaper than other sites, it was a nightmare trying to contact anyone. Somehow I must have selected the incorrect house number for my home and when I tried to contact dressinn there was no response, I had to go through WhatsApp. Spoke to some automated machine which offered no help at all but assured me that someone would get back to me via WhatsApp or email. didn't from anyone for a couple of days and when I finally did there was a stroppy response saying that if I was not happy with their service, they would cancel my delivery . I was worried about using this company in the first place as they had no contact details. I should’ve gone with my instinct. However, all that said I did receive my delivery thanks to my very helpful postman.

Verified reviewOrdering and delivery of the trainers was no problem at all. I checked the Returns policy before purchasing and no where in the policy does it mention the cost of the return, just that they accept return. I guess I was gullible. Seeing as they did not fit very well I went to return them and I was shocked to find out that the cost is nearly double the delivery cost at £10.99! Crazy money, it only cost £5.99 to deliver. I would not recommend ordering from them if you think you might need to return them.
