Verified reviewIn eerste instantie was ik wat terughoudend om wat te bestellen, omdat et zowel positieve als negatieve reacties staan. Uiteindelijk toch geprobeerd met een zonnebril. Uiterste leverdatum werd aangegeven en ik werd netjes op de hoogte gehouden. De mailtjes kwamen in eerste instantie wel in de spam. Verzending en levering was kortere termijn dan vooraf werd aangegeven. Erg tevreden!

Verified reviewI ordered 2 pairs of sandals which came to UK I think from Spain. The tracking showed in detail their progress across Europe yet when they got to a Royal Mail depot just 3 miles from my home they were rediverted back to the seller due to the first line of my address being omitted from the packaging. It was pitiful that the postcode was not enough to get this package this far - so now its been sent back promptly to the seller before I could even try to rush down to the depot to try to intercept it. I must have sent at least 6 emails to DressInn asking for an explanation why the address used was incomplete and/or if the sandals could be re-dispatched to my correct home address. I received the same standard reply till the last attempt when basically they said there was nothing they could do to stop the package being returned. I await to see if the refund includes the postage... Will not order from them again.

Thanks, but how was I to know the chosen courier would make no attempt to find me? I also want my refund (its now 10 days since tracking shows the package was safely returned to the seller) and no sign of refund yet. I won't be ordering from you again, so your remarks about being able to choose couriers are irrelevant.
