Verified reviewVery bad customer service i had an issue with delivery details i contacted them immediatly from the form they had made for this situation and nobody did nothing before the shipping . They said after the shipping that the product is already shipped and there is nothing they can do. I had paid 32 euro shipping and if I hadnot call the shipping company i would not have recieve my order and I would have to wait more than 20 days to recieve it and pay more for the delivery. And i wonder why I easily changed the delivery details and they couldn't? I think that simply they didnot care and just answer that there is nothing they could do.

Only discovered after purchase that the item was coming from the Netherlands and assumed it would take a while. Four days after purchase, my order arrived. Verified reviewProduct arrived as described. Delivery took slightly longer than advised, perhaps as they arrived via a third country. It’s not Immediately obvious that all items appear to be dispatched from Spain when ordering. Very carefully packaged. Was a little concerned when I saw a lot of negative online reviews (after ordering) but very happy with my purchase in this instance and hard to be critical in my own experience.
