Here's what's specified on our site for sides A and B: Light grey colorations, possible presence of small healthy knots < or = 1.5cm in small quantities, whether or not masked before sanding. The difference between "nature" and "rustic" lies in the product's manufacturing method, since our "rustic" choice panels are made of "continuous strips", while the "nature" choices are glued laminated.   Non-conforming product with hanger boards on delivery. Send photo and written complaint but you are sent a procedure to follow to put them back to plan which is ineffective. The product is therefore of poor quality and it's not a problem of living material as I may have read because I've already made other purchases of this type without any problems. I've tried to call customer service 10 times without success (on hold and it hangs up or sends me to a voice mailbox that says you can't leave a message). I'd like to have a replacement but it's been a month and a half since I made my complaint and there's been no follow-up. I'm starting the procedure to get my money back and won't give up.***

  We ordered our first ilicut worktop for our office in February 2023. It was an Acacia top measuring 260 x 90 x 3.8 cm. It was delivered very quickly and was perfectly packaged. The plan was impeccable, the cut-outs were accurate to the millimeter, and the raw wood was very well sanded, with nothing protruding. We'd also picked up their finishing oil and after application, the plan was perfect, very beautiful, the oil is magic for bringing out the different shades of wood. So happy with this purchase, the product and the quality of service, we've just bought a second worktop, this time for the bathroom, measuring 160.5 x 50 x 2 cm in caramel bamboo. I ordered the same worktop, same oil, same essence and I have two products quite different from 2019. You can clearly see if there is a worse oil or less coating or worse gasoline.   The site and the ordering process are top notch, everything is clear, including dimensions, available options, price, etc., nothing to say about that. On the other hand, I live in a second-floor apartment without an elevator, and in view of the substantial weight of the desk tray I had ordered, I had asked in the additional information if it was possible to have it delivered upstairs. I waited a few days after placing the order, but when I didn't hear back from them, I called the after-sales service, who told me that it was indeed written down but not taken into account, and that they would get back to me to give me the price if possible. I wait 5 days, still no news, so I call a second time and I get the same answer, they'll check with the carrier and keep me informed. The day before delivery, still nothing. So I call the delivery man directly and he tells me that they haven't received the request and that they agree to deliver to my floor on condition that I help the delivery man (whom I thank, by the way), which seems coherent to me. So I'm taking 3 points off ilicut because I don't think I was in an isolated case for the delivery, and I think it's a real shame to have had to call several times only for the solution to come not from them but from the deliveryman. Especially as I imagine that packages from this site are generally not light. The beginning was great, but the end is much less so.***

  I paid 475 euros for premium oak and I am very dissatisfied. The worktop was only sanded on one side (the underside), and was damaged in two places despite being packed undamaged. This was done before shipment. This is not the kind of product I'm going to be able to return, so I'm going to have to sand it for them and repair as much of the breakage as possible.***

We are very surprised that your panel was not sanded on both sides, as this is an integral part of our manufacturing process. Despite our best efforts and the quality of our packaging, some panels may suffer "transport damage". This is not necessarily visible from the outside. That's why it's important to check your products carefully on receipt, and to notify the carrier of any reservations.
