That's why we use reinforced cardboard protectors. Despite our best efforts and the quality of our cardboard packaging, some panels may suffer "transport damage".   Nothing to say about the products. They're perfect. However, the delivery .... Aie aie aie. Received an email and a text message on 19/07 to tell me that I would receive another message to make an appointment within 48 hours. Finally, an email on the morning of 21/07 to tell me that my order would be delivered that day, without being able to modify or postpone as I was not present. Delivery at 2pm even though I'm not at home. My wife received the package weighing around 20kg without any help from the deliveryman who, moreover, bumped the package several times before handing it over to us...***

  I was a little worried about delivery by GEODIS, given the negative comments, but everything went really well. The quality of the wood is irreproachable, the cut is perfect and the packaging impeccable. I can recommend this site without the slightest problem. I have to admit I was lucky because the carrier is double or nothing.***

  5 stars because it's the only site that offers made-to-measure wood with a menu that's very easy to understand, very intuitive, you go straight to the point: choice of wood, thickness, length, width, finishes, knowing that plenty of other sites have the title "bois sur mesure" but when you enter their sites... you can't find it... you don't know... it's not intuitive... you don't understand... whereas with ilicut it's clear and precise. Once you've set the parameters, you'll see the price and even the weight of the part. Bravo ilicut.***

  Dear Jean Indeed, I posted the notice directly as I was not considering the option of returning the boards: - It would have reintroduced a delay in the order (potentially 2 to 3 weeks) - I didn't want to waste 2 planks of wood because they're damaged on the corners.   Hello, I didn't do it because we didn't mention it on the delivery note. We took the time to check on the spot, but we didn't take the boards out of the parcel completely and didn't see any impact on the tray, nor that the plastic ties had made marks on the edges of the main tray. Thank you

  The site makes it easy to draw up a quotation by choosing the type of wood, dimensions to the nearest mm and finishes (chamfer, varnish coating....). You can then save your quote and place your order at a later date. What's more, the delivery time was respected.***

  Desk top received in good condition and exactly as ordered. The dimensions being relatively standard (160x80), it would have cost me less at Leroy-Merlin, but the finishing (edges and oiling) is appreciable and well done. The tray was ready for use after a light sanding (5 minutes for both sides) to smooth it out. There's a lot of pressure to inspect the contents of the parcel on receipt and it's not always easy to carry out a thorough check, but I understand that this is to avoid problems as much as possible. I imagine that in the event of a problem, it would have been handled well by customer service (not tested). I recommend this site.***
