  No advert indication to suggest that you would need to pay import duty before delivery as a result of which the product arrived about 10days later than the planned delivery for a birthday gift. The product is substandard and I speculate it is made in China - the handle detached on its first use!!!

  The company were very helpful in getting products delivered to Guernsey in the Channel Islands. Even adapted their website so order could be placed on line. Trays were well packed and arrived in good time. Thank you.☺️

  Tom @ Customer Services was very helpful, as Australia didn’t show on your dropdown list when I first tried to order. The parcel did get stuck at La Poste for a while, but happily received today 22/8/24. Carol x
