    They must of sat on the order for 2 weeks before dispatching and Fedex were not much use I got a bill notification but no invoice and when you add VAT on top of the shipping cost and duty it's not worth ordering from EU countries to the UK

    Hello Steve, we are sorry your purchase experience with us was not satisfactory. Actually we shipped you order the day after your purchase, but due to some new rules on air transport loading, strong delays in international shipments have been recorded. Details are available on Fedex website.
